This beautiful cabin located on the pristine waters of Lake Mary is a hidden gem. Sleeping up to 13 people with 2 bathrooms, this cabin has it all. With a beautiful deck overlooking the lake, you have options galore on activities. With the ability to read a book by the fire to kayaking the lake to jumping on the ATV and snowmobile trails, you truly have the ability to make this vacation however you want. The cabin is equipped with it all, just show up with some clothes and food and enjoy the beautiful outdoors of the Upper Peninsula. We have complimentary kayaks and a paddle board for our guests to use.

The cabin sits on trail 16 (see photo for approximate location) for trail access to the central/western U.P. We are located <30 miles from the incredible Ski Brule. Come enjoy this hidden gem.

Hello! We were blessed to purchase our cabin summer of 2020 and have recently listed it for short term vacation rental. This cabin has been a dream of ours and we have been able to enjoy many weekends here enjoying our family. As a military family we have been able to travel to different areas of the country and decided coming back to our roots in the Upper Peninsula was where we belong. This Lake is hands down our favorite lake we have visited. We hope everyone who books with us has an incredible experience and vacation.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Check in is flexible AFTER 4pm unless and arrangement has been made with host. Checkout time is strict at 11am CST. All guests will be notified at least 48 hours in advance with the code for the door. Check in/out in contactless and very easy.

Check Out: 11AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Renters must be over 25.

Maximum occupancy: 10

House Rules

During checkout guests must:
-put dishes in dishwasher and run
-take out trash (make sure lid is on securely to avoid animals)
-empty fridge/cabinets
-turn heat to 65
-lock all doors and put key in lockpad

Other Rules:
-No Parties
- Any damage in excess of security deposit will be requested and further action will be taken if necessary
-no pets
-no smoking
- if no damage, security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours

Refundable Damage Deposit

$350 refundable deposit

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
