At the area there are several ways to move around, walking distance to the main Malecon, Local taxis to be order at the condo gate, Uber app, Rent a car from the Airport or private shuttles.

Puerto Vallarta is a hot spot for real estate development. You will see there is currently construction going on in the surroundings, however our home is nicely built with materials that help to minimize the external noises. Construction is usually during the day but can run longer hours on occasion. There are no construction rules here so it can be noisy at random hours.
