Welcome to our Happy Loon Nest, a beautifully updated and roomy 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse nestled in the White Mountains with stunning views of Loons North Peak. We are located right off the Kamgamangus Highway, 2 minutes from Lincoln Woods & Loon Mountain, which hosts hiking, mountain biking, an adventure center, and skiing. Our townhouse is the perfect starting place to easily enjoy Lincolns multiple restaurants, endless hiking trails, bike trails, rivers for tubing, and multiple local attractions (Alpine Adventures, Otter Rocks, Franconia Notch State Park, Cannon Mountain, Flume Gorge, and more!). We are also under an hours drive from Santas Village, Storyland, and all that North Conway has to offer.

For the ski lover- there is a free shuttle from the mountain just steps from the condo, making your ski day free from the hassles of parking.

Our kitchen is fully stocked for those who love to cook, OR you can take a a quick trip to enjoy downtown Lincolns multiple restaurants.

The Happy Loon Nest is perfect for 1-2 families with comfortable beds and a kids bunk room, full kitchen & patio overlooking North Peak. A bonus kids loft with video games, board games, and tv for quiet nights at home. We also have some fun outdoor games including corn hole!

A/C for warm summer nights and a gas fireplace for brisk fall weather. A perfect way to relax and take in nature after a day exploring. Welcome to our Happy Loon Nest!

Located on the top floor with a comfortable king bed and views of Loons North Peak. There is a beautiful en suite bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk in rain shower.

Queen Room

This bright room has a comfortable queen bed and a little play "cave" for the kids. Lovely morning sunlight, full bath & 1.2 bath 5 steps down the hall, and a separate exit to the outside.

Kids Bunk Room

2 bunk beds

Fun for the kids! 2 sets of bunk beds (twin/twin with trundle & twin/ double), later morning light and quiet for the early risers. Full bathroom adjoining with large trough sink and custom shower.

Located in The Clearbrook Community located 0.5 miles from the entrance of Loon Mountain, 0.5 mile from Lincoln Woods, directly across the street from the Pemigewasset River, and a short ride from downtown Lincoln.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

There is keyless entry to the townhouse. A code will be sent to you by 1pm the day of your arrival. This code will work throughout your stay and expire at 10am on your checkout date. Please do not arrive early unless we have agreed on this ahead of time, as time for cleaning and turnover may be needed.

No pets

Sorry we LOVE animals, but no pets, due to allergies in our family.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Renter must be 25 or older AND staying in the rental property throughout the stay.

Maximum occupancy: 10

There are beds for 10 people, but we think 8 is the best number to have a comfortable stay for everyone!

Low noise volume after 10pm to respect the neighbors/ neighborhood.

Payment Policy

Payment is due within 2 days of receiving invoice and confirmation of booking.

Payments can be made with Zelle or Venmo.

We can arrange credit card payments, plus 3% service charge (through Square).

The Security/Damage deposit (which is arranged as a separate invoice) is refunded within 1 week departure date if there is no damage to the Happy Loon Nest.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Host collects a security (damage) deposit of $500 3 days prior to check-in date. It will be refunded within one week after check-out. We can do this through Venmo, Zelle, or credit card (square).

Cancellation Policy

(1) 30 days prior to check in: Receive full refund of original payment (minus 6% processing fee)
(2) 14 days prior to check in: Receive 50% refund of original payment (minus 6% processing fee)
(3) Under 14 days prior to check in: NO refund

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance:
It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of family emergencies/bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. If you live in an area prone to weather interruptions, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance.
