House Rules

**An information guide (link) will be provided to the guest, as well as a hard copy available in the home**.
Instructions within the guide book will also apply to the following house rules.

1. The number of guests reserved on the booking is accurate.

2. NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Must be 25 years of age to book. Absolutely NO additional non-registered visiting guests/pool guests without prior approval. Please be respectful of our home. Treat it as you would treat your own. Neighbors are elderly and sensitive to noise. Any violation of this rule is subject to loss of security deposit.

3. No Overnight Street Parking. This is a Home Owners Association Rule. There is a $50 fine for any offense. Any fines accrued during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit.

4. No smoking anywhere inside the home.

5. No pets allowed.

6. Pool/Hot Tub Rules:

*Small children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times in the backyard around the pool & hot tub.
*No glass around or in the pool area
***FOR YOUR SAFETY, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE POOL. Temperatures are monitored and tracked remotely. Any unauthorized adjustments may be subject to forfeiture of the security deposit***

7. No drug use on premises. No smoking inside home.

8. WiFi: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund or rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service. No illegal or excessive downloading or uploading.

9. Complimentary Basic Cable: Any additional charges incurred by the guest will be withheld from the security deposit.

10. Items in the home are to stay in the home. Please do not remove them. Exceptions would be use of water bottles, picnic totes etc...for hiking as well as temporary use of sports equipment.

11. Trash pick up day is MONDAY. Please bring bins to the curb Monday morning by 730 am and return to the garage by midnight Monday. Do not leave trash bins out the night before as the Javelina will knock them over and make a mess. Bins left past the garbage pick up date are subject to fine by the city (paid by guest from security deposit).

12. No confetti (or pinatas), no fireworks of any kind (including chinese firecrackers)

13. Upon checkout, please wash dishes or run dishwasher, clean any used BBQ tools, take trash to garage trash bins, collect used towels/start a load, place overflow towels in hamper bins, keep all beds turned down/unmade that were slept in for the cleaning crew. Turn off all propane tanks and take down patio umbrellas(wind), return pool floats to storage areas. Lock ALL doors.

14. Renter assumes sole responsibility for the safety all of guests under this reservation. This includes an all encompassing umbrella for use of all indoor/outdoor space. (ex indoor: fireplace, stairs , kitchen appliances etc.., outdoor activities and equipment ex kayaks, bicycles, swimming etc..). The renter indemnifies the owners against all loss, damage, expense & penalty on account of personal injury or property damage to the renters.

*** Please Note: There is one security camera on the property located inside the garage. Guests understand and accept this property is protected with one security camera to monitor the garage. There are no other cameras on the property or inside the home.

****Please report any immediate issues to the host within 2 hours of check-in for resolution. It shall be understood that accommodations are sufficient for the duration of the stay should the host fail to hear of any issues during the 2 hour check-in inspection period.
