We have a WiFi-enabled smart lock on our front door and we change the lock code for each guest.

So, there is no traffic.

There is ample parking in front of the cabin. Plenty of space for 4 or more cars. Also, there’s plenty of room to park a boat and get in and out of the driveway easily.

📌 We have a very strict no-pet policy as well as a six-person max occupancy policy. These will be monitored closely. If either of these rules is broken during the stay… You will be asked politely to leave and the trip will be canceled.

📌 USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft and to make sure our pet-free and no-parties policies are being adhered to. We have 1 camera at the front door and 1 on each side of the cabin and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.

I am the owner of Happily EVEN After Cabin. I fell in love with Broken Bow when I first saw the place. That is when I decided to buy land and build my first-ever cabin. My builder & I carefully curated every inch of this cabin based on some of the must-have amenities for our guests to make your stay and experience as perfect as possible. We are excited to share this cabin with you!

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

• CHECK-IN is 4:00 PM. You may check in anytime after 4:00 PM. If you need an early check-in, it might be possible but there's an extra fee and we have to clear it with our cleaning crew.
• We take a lot of pride in providing our guests with a superb experience. If the cabin is not spotless when you arrive, or if anything seems not right, please notify us immediately.
• The outside of our cabin is monitored with security cameras by our local security company. These cameras are facing the front driveway, the back staircase, and one on the back left facing the street. They do not have access to any common areas that our guests enjoy.
• Most importantly (and this is serious, guys), leave your worries and stresses outside the door and RELAX!! You're on Hochatime now! Have a FUN and FABULOUS time during your stay at Happily EVEN After! Welcome to Broken Bow/Hochatown!

Refundable Damage Deposit

The security deposit will be placed on hold 2 days before arrival using the guest's card on file. It will be automatically released or refunded 7 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy

- Regardless of notice, a cancellation will result in the loss of your Reservation Fee.
- We require a 30-day notice of cancellation. You will forfeit your full amount if the cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date.
- We request all cancellations in writing, via email. We will accept cancellations via phone, but will again request a follow-up email. Only the guest on the reservation may cancel a reservation.
- Inclement weather does not make a valid cancellation.
- If the cabin can be rebooked, we will refund you less of the Reservation Fee.
- No refunds will be given within 48 hrs of reservation.
