Newly renovated 2-bedroom in Stamford. The apartment is located only minutes from downtown Stamford and walking distance to many restaurants, Ridgeway Shopping Center, coffee shops, and bus lines. Apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Spacious living room with an indoor fireplace. You must take 2 flights of stairs.
Private space for you to use with your guests during your stay. There is one staircase which leads you into the home. Once entered then there is another one that leads you into the apartment.

The place is good and just the way it looks in the pictures. However if you like to sleep late, this may not be the place for you as there is a very busy street behind it and you do hear the cars in the morning and sometimes late at night.

Overall this place fit our needs while relocating to Stamford and needing a place to stay for the week. The place was ok. The updates felt like they weren't done properly, and only done to coverup areas that needed fixed before renting. The pictures made it look much nicer than it actually was. It also didn't have a homey vibe like we're used to since these units are specifically rented out as short term stays. I wish there was a way to filter these types of places out, or easier to identify them. It was one of the cheaper places we found on Airbnb so it was worth the price.

Use stairs to go up to the second floor and go to the door with a red square on it. You will receive access code at 4pm. This will be your code throughout your stay and will act as a key to unlock the door. Please don't hesitate to call or text us for help.

Please note this is a smoke-free apartment. Pets are welcomed, do not allow on furniture. Bring their bedding so they don't go on the furniture. Please note you must disclose total number of guests and disclose pets. Failure to do so will result in additional fees. Guest that booked the apartment must be present at check in. No flushing garbage, feminine products down the toilet. Please keep in mind that this rental is not intended for parties or loud social gatherings. We want guests to enjoy themselves but not at the cost of the neighbors and we have strict rules in place to ensure that there are no issues throughout your stay. Please be sure to wipe the washer after you're done and to clean the lint tray from the dryer once you're done.
