This place is great. Close enough to town to walk safely and easily far enough from town that it’s not loud or touristy. Greg and Silvia were so easy to communicate with and really helpful with great local recommendations. The room is a really generous size and I highly recommend it

Great location! Greg greeted us and provided food/island information. It was nice to come back to nice room with good AC, comfy bed, and nice working shower. We were also able to relax in the pool after a long hot day. Definitely will try to book here again next time, I’m recommending it to friends.

Silvia and Greg have put together a fantastic airbnb property 👏. The place was spotless, well located, lovely pool and had all amenities plus delicious coffee! Lucky to get a room after someone else cancelled. This place is usually booked. Absolutely awesome Airbnb experience, everything was first rate. Convenient location, close to the main downtown plaza, close to lots of fun bars and restaurants. Helpful and informative hosts. This is certainly one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve rented. Recommended. My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. Beautiful place, exactly as pictured and described. Peaceful and very comfortable. Many restaurants very nearby, easy to get a taxi to explore further around the island. Highly recommend staying at Stingray Villa!

We are Silvia & Greg, both entrepreneurs with a passion for hospitality, Mexico, real estate, and always looking to create amazing guest experiences. On a vacation trip to Cozumel in 2008, we immediately knew we had to move! It was a time in our lives to listen to that little voice in our heads. We regrouped to lead a saner life. We love meeting new people from different walks of life, but as hosts, we give our guests all the space they want.

Silvia has extensive knowledge of the travel and resort industry from her time spent with Vista Del Mar Boutique Hotel, Cozumel Bar Hop tours, Odyssey Tours, and Royal Holiday Club. My background as a former restaurant owner helps me offer outstanding customer service.

We will always try to meet and go beyond your expectations. If you have suggestions for us, please let us know!

We use Facebook to call a taxi and it is the closest thing we have to an Uber. Go to https://www.facebook.com/taxiscozumel1/ and send a message. To get one to come to Stingray Villa type in "una taxi Jose Maria Morelos entre Avenida 15 y 20". They will send you the number of the taxi that will be picking you up. Be outside of the gate once you get the number.

3. Smoking is strictly prohibited everywhere. We have designated a specific area outside the gate on the street where smoking is permitted.
4. Please be aware that prescribed marijuana and other recreational drugs are illegal in Mexico and are strictly prohibited at Stingray Villa.
5. Quiet hours after 9 PM, no pool use.

Payment Policy

100% of payment is due at booking on Stripe.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not receive a refund.
