This Airbnb experience was a mixed bag for me. The apartment itself is really nice - clean and cozy - but there is only one smoke alarm (there should be one in each room) and it didn’t work. It is also not a good choice for anyone who is noise sensitive as you can hear everything above you from the other tenants in the house as well as the neighborhood. If you aren’t that sensitive though, you will be fine. Outside-wise, the yard while in theory perfect for dog owners like me was actually pretty unsafe for them - tons of trash along the back fence, including needles and several dead rats. I don’t think this is the hosts’ fault (the neighbors were likely tossing stuff over) but cleaning that out between guests would be wise if it is going to stay pet friendly. Finally, I was blocked in by another car one night. That was frustrating but the hosts were super responsive and fixed it as fast as they could. Their communication was fantastic across the board and I really appreciated that!

Great location and spacious. Felt secure knowing there were other people in the home. Very clean and easy to drive to the metro north or get an uber from there your only an hour away from grand central ! overall good stay.

Was having a hard time finding a place to stay on such short notice but thankfully TriState Stay had multiple units available to accommodate. They were very quick to respond and answer any ques great staff. They were extremely helpful and easy to work with. As for the unit, their cleaning crew is doing a great job because when we checked in it was spotless! The style of the unit, super spacious and the peacefulness of the outside and neighborhood (which is shocking considering how CLOSE this unit is to downtown Stamford) it truly was awesome stay. Would definitely recommend this property and team to anyone visiting the area and will be looking to book again when back! Thank you

Property is the last house on the left at the dead end of Hoover Ave. You can park in the middle of the driveway. This unit has a keyless entry, our system will generate a code at check in time (Usually 4pm). This code will act as your key during your stay. You will be able to check in at 4PM. Walk to the door on the first floor with a green square on it. At 4PM you will be sent a code. This will be your code throughout your stay and will act as a key to unlock the door. Please don't hesitate to call or text us for help.

Please avoid shoes on the carpet. We'd also like for our guests to note that this apartment is smoke-free, you may go outside to do so. Failure to comply with our house rules will result in additional fees. Although we are a pet friendly apartment, please make sure to bring your pets' bedding and do not allow on furniture. You may bring a couch cover to help ensure their hair is not getting there. Please let us know if your pet breaks or scratches anything so we can fix or replace the item. Failure to disclose pet will result in additional fees. Thank you. No smoking is allowed, and no flushing garbage, feminine products down the toilet. Please keep in mind that this rental is not intended for parties or loud social gatherings. We want guests to enjoy themselves but not at the cost of the neighbors and we have strict rules in place to ensure that there are no issues throughout your stay. Please be sure to wipe the washer after you're done and to clean the lint tray from the dryer once you're done.
