A door code will be provided at your arrival and will only be valid between check-in date and time and check-out date and time. Usually the last 4 digits of your phone #.

Host will meet you at the apartment entrance.

The door has a tight seal to keep out the elements, you must pull slightly on door handle as you lock the dead bolt from inside. Press in on the door & hit the key pad once, to lock it as you are leaving.

If more guests stay than what is on the booking will result in the reservation being canceled with no refunds. Only 2 tenants allowed.

Optional maid service is available. (Maid service is mandatory if stay is more than 2 weeks paid for general cleaning only, paid by host. No linen service at that time.)

No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes allowed inside. These are only allowed outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts in proper place.

No Home Nail DIY Manicure / Nail Salon work that puts off a strong smell. This penetrants' the entire building.

Pets: We do allow one pet, no cats . $15 fee per night. Please pick up after your pet & use the dog station inside the dog run to dispose of your pet waste. There is a water hose inside the run to help clean up after your pet as well (if needed)

Recycle day is on Monday. Please do not put any trash in the blue bin. Trash (green bin) goes Monday and Thursdays 11AM. Please be sure to bag, do not throw unbagged food in the bins. here are plenty of grocery sacks available. If you need more, ask Noreen. Host will put the trash out to the curb the night before.

Please do not leave the doors or windows open, with the heat or air running. Turn the air units up to 76 when leaving the property. The white remotes work the mini splits.
