ENTIRE SPACE: This home is located in the back area of a now 3-unit property in Greenwood. It has its own private gated entrance and inside, you can enjoy SPACIOUS living spaces with MINI-SPLIT Air Conditioning & Heating for your comfort. In-home, you'll also have access to a WASHER & DRYER set, as well as HIGH-SPEED Internet Access.

BEDROOM: You will have access to TWO spacious KING-size BEDROOMS with 55-inch TVs, HUGE closet space, superior quality mattresses, hypoallergenic sheets, soft headboard, and plush pillows.

KITCHEN: We have a HUGE corner kitchen FULLY EQUIPPED with STAINLESS STEEL Appliances, such as a refrigerator, Built-in Stove, and Dishwasher. Tucked inside the cupboards, you will also have all the essential UTENSILS and COOKWARE you need to whip a warm meal for your group. In the kitchen, you will also find essential cooking ingredients, as well as a modern KEURIG COFFEEMAKER. Also in the kitchen is a SIX-SEATER wooden dining table to enjoy.

LIVING ROOM: Made COMFORTABLE & INVITING, our COZY living area comes with a HUGE 65-inch TV, as well as an OVERSIZED SOFA BED for an additional bed space at night.

BATHROOMS: Enjoy the COMFORT of our 2 COMMON Bathrooms. The full bathroom features a glass-enclosed SHOWER, hot shower, and complete bath essentials such as bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The half bathroom also includes a CHIC Vanity Area for easy prim up, as well as freshly stocked toiletries.

REMINDER: Please do not deliver amazon packages to our home, we are not responsible for wrong addresses and or stolen packages.

PARKING: When you stay with us, you'll have easy access to an OPEN PARKING SPACE in front of the unit.

You'll have 100% privacy and full access to the entire home. It's a self-check-in process and you'll find complete information on your Airbnb app.

Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and you will be asked to immediately leave the property.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside away from other unit front doors. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fee to get rid of residual odors.

NUMBER OF GUESTS. No outside guests are allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. Please make sure to include in the reservation the correct number of guests staying.
