A perfect house for families.

This house was built in 1957 by a former Ecu professor and has only had two owners.

A fully stocked kitchen for your use. All linens are provided. The washer and dryer are available for any washing needs. The WiFi is very strong and Fubotv is provided on the 50 inch TVs. There is an outside table and smoker/ grill.

The neighbors are family oriented and there are retired folks, nurses, local business owners, and Ecu professors.

No parties are allowed.

Very comfortable house close to ECU stadium and the campus itself. Our family stayed at Randy's home during graduation weekend and it worked perfect. The house is very spacious, lots of areas to gather. The outdoor space was great and we enjoyed spending time there.

Stayed here for ECU graduation. Location was perfect. Plenty of room for 6 people. Lots of room to spread out. We used the grill to cook out on graduation day instead of going to a busy restaurant. Washer and dryer was nice to have. Easy check-in and access. Randy was responsive when we texted with questions about the grill. The only constructive feedback I have is the best are firm. Not uncomfortable, but if you’re used to a softer mattress, a few of the beds would be too hard.

We had a lovely stay. The house was as described and worked well for our family who were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect. We were joking all weekend that nothing was ever more than 5-10 minutes away. We’d have to go somewhere and it would be 5-10 minutes away, then we’d have to go somewhere else and it would be 5-10 minutes. Then back to the house and it would be 5-10 minutes from there. I don’t know how that happened, but we were never far from anything. The house was in a nice neighborhood and is a nice big home. I would stay there again, but only if there was a price adjustment for the time of year. As we were there on a random weekend in December when nothing was going on in town, I would wish for a lower price during down times.
