"Greenbank Lochgoilhead" is a large Victorian house with stunning loch and mountain views. Enjoy endless woodland and mountain trails and activities on the water. There's a dog-friendly pub+grub nearby.

Come home to a real fire. When the weather is fine, use the gas BBQ and sit or wander in the large garden.

Greenbank is a listed building and is much as it would have been 170 years ago, except for the well-equipped modern kitchen, stylish bathrooms and heating.Downstairs are a large kitchen with a table and seats for 4, a sitting room, a dining room which seats 10, a bathroom with freestanding bath and a double bedroom.

Upstairs there's a further full bathroom, two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom and two single bedrooms.

The cottage is everything you would want from a stay in Argyll. Secluded enough to be peaceful and have access to superb walking and outdoor activities, a small range of good local placed to go, and handy for a day trip to Glasgow if that is your thing. The house is a classic late 19th/early 20th century Scottish cottage, and is full of character. The hosts are responsive and helpful.

Smoking is absolutely forbidden, even in the garden. Greenbank is not really suitable for smokers. We describe the features and facilities as accurately as they can but things do get improved, replaced or just go wrong sometimes. If any facility or appliance is essential for your stay you will need to inform your host a week before arrival so that they can check it. We will require full contact details of the lead guest plus the names of all other guests and details of any pets. We will contact you after booking to request this. You agree to use Greenbank as holiday accommodation only and only those, who are named will stay overnight. For any day visitors, you must request permission. You will provide photo-id for the lead guest if asked. Defects and breakages: We do not claim for minor accidental damage provided that you report it to us on the day it happens. We rely on you for information about anything that doesn't work. Normally, things can be fixed or replaced quickly so we ask you to report it promptly to us. You must leave the house in a reasonable state on departure. A claim may be made if there are excessive cleaning needs beyond the normal. Any dogs must be over 9 months old and must be confined to the hard floor areas of the downstairs. Dogs must never be allowed on furniture. Guests must remove any dog poo left by their dogs in the garden. Guests must follow the local recycling requirements. No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
