Smoking is absolutely forbidden, even in the garden. Greenbank is not really suitable for smokers. We describe the features and facilities as accurately as they can but things do get improved, replaced or just go wrong sometimes. If any facility or appliance is essential for your stay you will need to inform your host a week before arrival so that they can check it. We will require full contact details of the lead guest plus the names of all other guests and details of any pets. We will contact you after booking to request this. You agree to use Greenbank as holiday accommodation only and only those, who are named will stay overnight. For any day visitors, you must request permission. You will provide photo-id for the lead guest if asked. Defects and breakages: We do not claim for minor accidental damage provided that you report it to us on the day it happens. We rely on you for information about anything that doesn't work. Normally, things can be fixed or replaced quickly so we ask you to report it promptly to us. You must leave the house in a reasonable state on departure. A claim may be made if there are excessive cleaning needs beyond the normal. Any dogs must be over 9 months old and must be confined to the hard floor areas of the downstairs. Dogs must never be allowed on furniture.
