If you're looking for an entire STYLISH residential home with a GREAT VIEW, this is it! Enjoy a relaxing stay tucked amongst a tightly knit series of homes with a nice view above the city's 400-YEAR-OLD OAK TREES. Includes a full kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, in a 2-story home. One queen bed, a bunk bed, and a convertible full couch to sleep up to six. Also included is a full kitchen, AC, heater, desk, Smart TV, deck with a view, and very fast 200mbs WIFI! Over the Oaks! VIEW!

Complete with two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms on two levels. The master bedroom and bath are upstairs and the second bedroom and 1/2 bath are downstairs. The kitchen is complete with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher and the home features extremely fast internet speeds of over 250mps to get your work done without issue. In the 960sf of living space, you'll be comfortable. Book an in-home massage or private chef!

Maximum occupancy is 6 and no unauthorized guests are allowed. There are two Ring cameras on the exterior of the front of the house and are recording at all times to ensure that the maximum occupancy is honored.

Our home is dog-friendly! If you bring your dog, we request that you supervise it at all times. We reserve the right to deny a dog. Fully fenced backyard. Please pick up after your dog and thank you!

Please park in the driveway unless you're vehicle drips oil, then please park on the street.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind!!! The cities quiet hours begin at 10PM. Please move your conversations at that time inside as our neighbors may need to work in the morning. The front door has a Ring doorbell camera which only faces the street. Sean’s place is beautifully decorated, has high quality linens and towels, has a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and is very handy to shops for groceries. There is also a large Mall nearby for get something special. Sean is very responsive to all requests and provided a well set out list of places to enhance our stay - to visit, to dine at , for outdoor activities. I would certainly return to this lovely accommodation which feels like a real home from home.

Overall, it was a great stay. Loved the openness of the place and the sweet balcony that overlooked so many beautiful trees. The upstairs bed was super comfy, which I was so grateful for..got a good night's sleep! The place is very centrally located and easy to get anywhere. Sean was awesome in his quick responses and allowing my friends and I to check in early, which we were so grateful for! In my opinion, the home could use a deeper, then again I am used to living in a very CLEAN home so my standards are a bit high when it comes to cleanliness. All and all, I am so thankful I found this place to assist in my surgery recovery. It was a little home away from home 🤍

Traveled here with my husband and infant son to attend a wedding in the area. The house has a nice view and spacious living room with a comfortable couch. This place is also conveniently located in the area with nearby shops and grocery stores for anything you need. However, I was quite disappointed with the level of cleanliness of both the bathroom and kitchen and when mentioned to the host, I did not get a helpful response. Lastly, there was no stopper in the bath tub (or sink) to bath my son so if you are traveling with a baby you might bring your own tub.

A strict cancelation policy is in place.
