This unit is set up to accommodate both golfers as well as beach goers alike. As it is located less than a mile from the Beach and on the two courses at Myrtlewood. The unit has all the amenities you will need to feel at home while you relax in style. Sit on the balcony viewing the peaceful lake, head over to one of the 7 outdoor pools or take a stroll on one of the walking paths. You have many options at this terrific location.

This is a 3 Bedroom Condo Located on the second floor with an elevator. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and its own Master Bath. The other two bedrooms have Queen Beds as well as a Twin XL. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the items you will need if you choose to cook for yourselves.

Guests will have the entire Condo to themselves.
