We stayed here for my daughters wedding in Poulsbo. We had family from all over the country come and stay with us here and it was such a beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone. We are already talking about coming back for a family reunion.

The Chateau is the perfect place for a family getaway or a company retreat. All the bedrooms mean everyone has their own space but the main living area with kitchen, dining and living room is the perfect place to gather as a group. You can see other houses from this house but it still is very secluded and quiet. Some of the areas in the house could use some organizing, but overall very clean with everything you need.

Our entire family totally enjoyed our 4 night stay. Perfect for two 3 year old boys to run around and lots of toys, books and outside play gym. The adults just loved the amount of living space. The cozy library with fireplace, a large dining table and a kitchen totally stocked with all the utensils you would need. So many bedrooms so you could find your own special space and bed that fits you. It was an absolutely wonderful place for a family get together and wish we had more time to spend in the hot tub and other outside facilities, Terrfic home!!!

We had an incredible visit at the Chateau Del Mar! Our group of friends, our kids, and our dogs had everything we needed—and more!—to enjoy a long holiday weekend. We cooked and played and relaxed. Our kids (aged 8m-4) all got to play in a safe space and sleep peacefully in their own spacious rooms. 10/10 Would Recommend!

Erika's house was perfect for our group with spacious bedrooms and a gazebo to gather under and enjoy a perfect fall day. Everyone said their beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The third floor bedrooms are not separated by a hall, so one of those rooms lacks privacy; it was no big deal for us but not obvious from the photos. The house had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

Great Space for multi family and multi generational stay. 1st floor master bed & bath first floor full bath. 2nd floor: 4 beds, 1 full bath 3rd floor attic: two “bedrooms” but in actuality one is open space and 1/2 bath Pros: backyard swing set for kids, fire pit, 6 bedrooms, washer dryer, only 10 mins to stores but felt much more privacy. Large downstairs space to hang out. Cons: it could use a good cleaning. We washed all bath towels and some sheets before use bc they didn’t feel clean. Vacuum needs to be cleaned as well as it blasted out a smell when used. The master shower had mold in grout so we cleaned before use.

In the future, it would be very helpful if you were to leave the property you stay at in better condition at check out, especially after stating it needs a deep cleaning. Our cleaning crew charged us extra for your stay due to excessive mess. The refrigerator needed a good wiping down on the inside, 7 bed linens along with comforters and towels were piled high in front of the washer and dryer. Kids kitchen set and toys were moved to main floor which belonged on third floor and other added cleaning measures. We did say that we would host your group again, keeping in mind these considerations. Thank you.

Jay and I have been traveling to Cabo San Lucas for over 20 years now. As time will have it, Cabo has really grown to a great big city, losing that small town charm feeling that Mexico once offered for us. About 10 years ago, we decided to take a road trip East and ended up in Los Barriles. We vowed to return one day. As luck would have it, we came across this amazing condominium right in the heart of Los Barriles. The decision was easy, we will make this our retirement hub, but until then, we are happy to open it up to guests for their enjoyment as well. We have another vacation rental the Puget Sound, Washington area, that we have owned and operated for over 7 years. It sleeps 14-16, so this will be a fun adventure to host up to 4 in this condo unit.
In the meantime, we hope that you will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere as much as we do that Los Barriles has to offer.
