Located right next to a private boardwalk access to the beach, Grand Caribbean is a pristine gated community and the perfect place to relax on the beach! Whether you're planning a family vacation, a girl's weekend or a romantic escape, this beautiful condo is perfect. A short drive (17 mins) to Orange Beach and within a short driving distance to shopping, dining and entertainment. The Condo is located only 5.5 miles from the World Famous Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar.

NOTE: From October through February we welcome snowbirds and longer term guests. Ask us about our special monthly rates. Please inquire as to availability even if the dates appear blocked.

Grand Caribbean is located gulf side, 100 yards from the beach, with private boardwalk access. This 3rd floor condo features a king size bed in the master bedroom with flat screen TV and its own access to the bath which has a tub/shower combination. Located in the hallway you will find 2 captain bunk beds. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa with a flat screen TV and access to the balcony with view of the pool and partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo sleeps 6 comfortably. This unit also comes with a washer and dryer for your convenience!

It offers a fully-equipped kitchen with a bar dining area: prepare a culinary masterpiece in the gourmet kitchen, boasting updated appliances, beautiful granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, and all the small appliances, utensils and cookware needed to whip up a delicious meal!

Enjoy a quiet dinner or your morning coffee on the private balcony that faces the sparkling pool.

Short trips to local shopping and dining make this condo perfectly located for a great vacation! You can find water sports, arcades, water parks and other kid friendly attractions close by as well.

The resort is adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore - a federally protected stretch of undeveloped coastline with tons of recreation available- from biking, hiking, swimming, camping, bird watching, or simply exploring the park's natural beauty. All this and more make Grand Caribbean an excellent value!!

Great space and well equipped with all necessary equipment you’ll need for your beach trip. Loved that it was gated. Felt secure and safe. Grocery is mins away! Beach is a few mins walk away! Martha provided amenities we didn’t think about such as a wagon for carrying ALL THOSE THINGS to the beach 😅 If we had issues she was quick to respond with helpful suggestions! Thanks again, Martha, for letting us spend some time in your space! You’re the best! 😊

We absolutely loved our stay. The location place and access to the beach was incredible. We will definitely book with Martha again and bring the kids next time. We had a great vacation in Perdido Key this summer. Not only the area was great but it made it so great because we stayed at Martha’s place. The apartment was nicely furnished, clean, with fun beach decor. There were lots of beach toys available for our 2 y.o. son to play with, lots of space. Martha’s communication was timely and friendly. She let us check in 2h earlier as we arrived early and the apartment was ready. It was very kind she allowed us to do so. I would definitely recommend this host to my family and friends!

Martha was a very nice host to work with, but I’d say that the place definitely looks and feels much older in person. Being older wouldn’t have bothered me, but it was clear that the space was in need of maintenance in several areas (drain in bathtub, weird paint streaks and miscellaneous stains on the walls/doors, dusty/dirty base boards, random hair found in bed, etc). The new WiFi also did not work well at all with the tv in the bedroom. Overall, a decent location, private parking and what felt like a safe area, but I don’t think we would rebook.

We've stayed at multiple condos in Perdido Key and would highly recommend Martha's spot at the Grand Caribbean! Beautiful condo with balcony on ocean side of the building, complete with all the amenities one could need for a beach vacation! Complete with a friendly, organized, and responsive host - what more could you ask for? We loved our stay here!

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

In case we cannot personally meet you, you'll receive a message via the Houfy app with detailed checkin instructions. Our cleaning crew is usually done with the unit around 3:30pm. This checkin message will arrive to you promptly at checkin time which is 4pm.

House Rules

- The person making the booking must be at least 25 years or older AND must be staying at the property for the duration of the booking.
- A copy of a current valid driver's license, state issue or country ID w/passport must be submitted to host once booking has been confirmed. The ID must match the profile used to book and must also match who shows up to property or will not be allowed entry onto the premises.
- We have a strict NO PET policy. Please do not book this property if you intend on bringing any kind of pet. We cannot accept any pets due to a medical condition of the host who often spends time at the property (severe allergies among others).
- The maximum number of guests in the property is 6 and is limited due to size of the property, the number of beds, etc. The rental rate is based on the number of guests to a certain extent. All children are to be counted as guests. When booking, guests that misrepresent the number of guests that will be residing in the property will be subject to IMMEDIATE eviction & FORFEITURE of their security deposit.
- We start our guests off with hotel size toiletries, toilet paper, paper-towels, kitchen sponge, and dish detergent. Please plan on restocking as needed.

Payment Policy

PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING. WE ACCEPT VENMO, PAYPAL & ZELLE.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit will be refunded within 7 days of checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 days before arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 15 days before arrival.
