Clean, renovated, modern PRIVATE 2BR DUPLEX GARDEN apartment in owner occupied 2 family house in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Soundproof lower level perfect for remote work. 1 block from the F, G and R trains 15 minutes to Manhattan. Lots of outdoor restaurants and shopping. Air conditioning in all rooms. New mattresses and furniture. Two 50" televisions, good wifi throughout. Lovely backyard space. Note there are STAIRS to the downstairs bedroom.Note that the lower level has NO WINDOWS, but has a full door to the backyard.

We have 2 non-shedding labradoodles.

Great location, close to Subway. Some nice restaurants close by, Table 87 was good. Spacious for 3 of us. Bit of confusion with heating but once sorted all good.

This was a spacious and well-appointed apartment. Modern appliances, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc., clean linens and towels. Easy subway access to Manhattan and all of Brooklyn. Streets worth walking for restaurants and stores . Comfortably sleeps six, with only drawback being the bathroom. It was small., but shower very good. We were two most nights (had occasional visitors) so the bathroom was not a problem, but might be if six were there all the time. Hosts Stacey and Ric were lovely, helpful, responsive and present — they live upstairs. If you like the neighborhood we would definitely stay there again. It’s a great place. We were there for five weeks.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Stacey's place. She and Ricc were friendly and responsive. We also felt safe in the surrounding neighborhood with tree lined streets and people walking their dogs. It is conveniently located near the subway station with access to the F, G and R lines. Only a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. While Stacey requests guests turn off AC while away, the window and bedroom units comfortably cooled off the space quickly. The warmest day was 85* F, during our stay. Great location for exploring NYC!

Great location - train station, convenience stores/food market only a short walk away. Super comfy bed and good working aircon. Lovely area of Brooklyn - very quiet with no dramas. We asked for a later checkout due to hire car issues and it was no problem - which was much appreciated.

There’s nothing to say that other people haven’t. Travelling to New York, book this place with Stacey and Ricc. Starbucks on the corner, subway next corner, 20 mins to Manhattan and a banging apartment to boot. Enough said.

We had a wonderful 7 days at Stacey & Riccs Brooklyn apartment. The apartment was clean with lots of room. The kids loved the downstairs area. The apartment was close to the subway with an easy trip into Manhattan. Close to shops and restaurants. Stacey and Ricc were very responsive and even provided us with a brand new microwave when the one in the apartment wouldn’t work. Thanks for a great stay.
