This fully renovated modern house has it all from the resort-style furnishings, large and spacious rooms with Smart TVs and wifi, the fully-furnished kitchen and huge backyard to enjoy a fire pit, BBQ, play corn hole, or just relax in two distinct seating areas allow you to both relax and entertain. However, if you just have to work, the dedicated office space/den is complete with desk and seating, office supplies and you can shut the doors for privacy on those videoconference meetings.

We loved Angela's house. It was very comfortable, and we felt right at home. The yard was also fantastic. The fence was a great height for our dogs, even though they have never jumped a fence. The turf in the backyard was also really nice. Despite the 110-degree temperatures, it stayed nice and cool. It also felt soft underfoot. The inside of the house is just as the photos show and listing describe. She has newer appliances; the refrigerator kept our food and drinks very cold. The ice maker was full of ice when we arrived. The Murphy bed was comfortable to sleep on. Each of the bedrooms upstairs had a ceiling fan. The master bedroom and ensuite are large, and the shower is also big. She appears to have bedding for guests that may have a baby, there appeared to be a crib in the garage. The host was extremely responsive to any questions that we had. She answered quickly and professionally. If we have friends come visit us in AZ, we will recommend Angela's place.

Angela’s place in Surprise AZ was clean, comfortable and quiet (other than the fighter jets from nearby Luke Air Force Base) My son likes it; he says it’s like a free air show; and some other locals say it gives them a sense of freedom and security. Overall it was a very nice stay; and highly recommended 🤩

This was a fantastic place to stay! The location was great, we had everything we needed, it was a quiet neighborhood, and my dogs loved the back yard. This was my second stay at Angela’s place. I chose it for the great location and her house is very clean and comfortable. Only one negative was a large dog behind the back yard that barked at night and made it difficult to sleep at times. Overall I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful house.

I moved to the great state of Arizona from Idaho in 1996 to fulfill my dream of becoming a court reporter. I finished my schooling, graduating in December of 1999, with my bachelor's degree in court reporting; obtained both my national and state certifications, and went to work. I'm proud to say I still love my chosen profession.

In early 2000 I met the man who would become my soul mate. Scott is born & raised here in Arizona, one of the true "natives" to the state. He works for the local power company in the IT world
We have been married for over 20 years and love to find new areas to go explore and try out new restaurants. I have a fondness for playing in the desert; I love hiking and exploring and experiencing all the unique and exciting things such as the wildlife, birds, and crazy cactuses that are truly what makes Arizona such a great place for work and play.

When we aren't working, we have the best dogs in the world whom we love with all our hearts.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

The front door and garage interior door code is the last 4 digits of the registered guest's phone number. This will be your "key" for access to and from the house.

To unlock the front door using the keyless lock, press "Yale", the numbers will light up, enter your 4-digit code, then press the checkmark. To lock the doors when leaving, press "Yale" and you will hear the lock engage.

The WIFI password will be the registered guest's full 10 digit phone number example 8005550000.
