We had a wonderful time! The cabin is well taken cared of, clean, and in a perfect location. It is exactly as described. Diana is very quick to respond and very helpful. She gave us great restaurant recommendations. We will definitely be back again!

The cabin is in a quiet and peaceful area. Enjoyed the private hot tub which was very clean. Beds were all clean but not too comfortable. The only issue we really had was the dishwasher. It wasn't attached, which made it difficult to open the door without pulling out the whole dishwasher. Overall we would stay at the cabin again. We had a great time!

I rented the cabin to use the recliner shown in the pictures of the cabin. I have to sleep in because one because of severe asthma. We got there and no recliner. Decided to use the sleeper sofa so I could basically sit up and sleep so we unfolded it and the mattress was covered in huge stains and some looked like blood stains. The cabin was beautiful but these two things were a huge disappointment. She did offer to send a cover for the mattress but it was so nasty and stained I would not sleep on it and definitely would not want children sleeping on it.

The guest did not reach out before booking to verify if there was a recliner. We offered to send out another mattress pad and the guest declined the offer. We always stive to give excellent quality and apologize if we did not.

This was our first experience using Airbnb and staying in a cabin. We had a great experience! The cabin was great for us, since we have a toddler, it wasn’t to far away from pigeon forge, the back deck is closed in so our daughter was able to go out there and play/run around. Even had a sidewalk area in the front where we were able to play with chalk and bubbles. Check in was super easy, we arrived about 20 minutes early and was able go right in without any issues. The downstairs bed slept great, the upstairs bed not so much, it caves in the middle real bad. Overall our experience and stay was great!

Everything was good. The only problem was the upstairs game room bed needs to be replaced. It caves in the middle. The sofa bed downstairs had lots of stains on it. So we had to cover it quit a bit.

Best to have a car but you can park it and grab the cool trolley car anywhere along the way to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg! Its a cool way to hitch a ride and avoid traffic!!

-Check-in any time after 4 pm and check out is 10 am
-Door code is 4262. When you leave, you can press the lock icon to lock the door.
-The address is 3140 Smoky Ridge Way, Sevierville, TN 37862
-Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay:

***Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.
*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.
