Brand new construction with 4 independent condos, no space is shared. Downstairs unit is also a vacation rental and both units can be rented.

Condo is located on the 1st floor with a private Stairs entrance.



PATIO DECK: Step outside sliding door to discover your private patio deck - a true haven for relaxation and fun! Patio deck has a fire pit dining table, 6 chairs and a BBQ. Savor your morning coffee on bedroom balcony, taking in the refreshing sea breeze and panoramic ocean views. In the evenings, gather with loved ones on the balcony for a barbecue cookout or to simply revel in the captivating sunset vistas from rooftop deck.



BEDROOMS: All 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms are located on the third floor. The Master bedroom has high quality wooden furniture. its own private view deck/balcony with sliding door and comfortable seating for 2, a walk-in closet, TV & a private bath with rain shower. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a full and a twin bed. All beds are furnished with full linens & pillows, and all bathrooms are equipped with bath, hand towels & hand soaps.

All bedrooms have wall mounted smart TV’s.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space, undercounter lighting for culinary adventures. Enjoy the spacious, comfortable seating - place for family to gather. We provide a toaster & drip coffee machine.



ROOFTOP: Enjoy the rooftop with 360 views all around - comfortable seating with chaise loungers. condo nestled right at the heart of the beach, offering you the ultimate coastal retreat! Enjoy the rooftop 360 views all around - comfortable seating wit chaise lounge.



LAUNDRY: There is a front load full size washer & dryer.



PARKING: Tandem Parking for 2 covered/enclosed carport which can accommodate 2 medium size vehicles only. Over sized vehicles will have problems parking.



GUEST ACCESS: Guests have SEPARATE entrance to the unit, EXCLUSIVE rooftop access/space with covered carport parking for 2 cars. Note, upstairs Guests do not have access to downstairs patio area.



LOCATION

Our condo is ideally located, few minutes' walk to the Bay side & sandy Mission Beach making it easy to indulge in beach walks, water sports, and sun-drenched days by the ocean. Additionally, nearby attractions, dining options, and shopping spots are within easy reach, promising a perfect blend of leisure and exploration.



Other things to note.



- Cleaning supplies included toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soaps, trash bags are provided.



- We have beach chairs, sand toys & a wagon (nice) to carry stuff to the beach.



- Maximum occupancy is 6 (This means that children of any age, even infants, are counted as guests in your guest count) We do not allow any extra guests as this unit only accommodates 6 guests.



-- Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book with us



-- Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the Premises



- -Please, no pets/animals



-- No large gatherings



BABY SUPPLIES: With advance notice we can provide a pack n play and we have also partnered with Baby's Away and you can contact them for any Baby Rentals at San Diego Babys away.



NOTE****Our home is suitable only for families. Please DO NOT book if planning any large gatherings/parties etc. We have a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise as per San Diego Noise Ordinance, evictions are strictly enforced. We will cancel without refund and/or penalty of $250. Please be sure your group is in agreement with these policies before booking. ****
