Perfectly appointed little beach view condo on Hilton Head's prime beach. Just steps to the ocean and walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery and entertainment. This villa features a queen bed, sleeper sofa and bunks for the kids (please note that the bunks are in the bedroom), all with Central Air! Direct beach access on the property, and walking distance to Hilton Head's new Celebration Park! My wife and I live about 10 mins away, here if you need us! Seaside is a gated Oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach and walking distance to Coligny Plaza, Celebration Park and the Tiki Hut. Most people bike or walk. There are miles of trails on the Island, 2 Beach Bikes are provided and Bike rentals are just across the street. You really do not need a car unless you want to explore other areas of the Island. Uber and Lyft are available. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Great spot

Best condo!
This is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. Perfect for our baby moon! We had more than enough supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap) for the whole week (which is very rare)! The condo was very very clean! The small welcome gift was also a bonus! We absolutely loved this condo and hope to come back!!

Jeremy’s place was exactly what we were looking for! Wife and I rented the place and it was very clean, comfortable and perfect for what we paid. Ease of access to the beach was perfect and just a short distance. (Less than 5 min). The provided beach chairs and umbrella was a godsend for my light skin! lol. When we make our second trip to HH, we will be renting from Jeremy again. I’m a tough sell, and Jeremy and his place deserves my 5 star review….Thank you for a great trip and see you soon!

Great condo!
This condo was the perfect little getaway for my daughter and me. When I first arrived I thought it strange that you entered into the bedroom. I realized how smart that was, though, as it meant the bedroom was cool and dark for great sleeping. My daughter loved the built in bunk beds, too! The ladder was missing, but as soon as we mentioned it, the owner had one sent! She checked in multiple times to make sure our stay was great. The ocean view and balcony were great, as was the quick beach access across a short boardwalk. Location was a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza with shopping and restaurants. The pool was clean and never crowded. The gate to the beach is my only complaint, the code didn't always work. In that case we just walked in through the picnic area access. Kitchen and living area were just right. There were beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit.launder was just down the hall and never busy. We really loved this unit and would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay!
This is the perfect little place for a small family. It’s so conveniently located to everything. The bikes that were provided made for easy access to local restaurants and shops. The condo is close to the pool and beach access. The unit was clean and got you a nice little start on the basics such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, etc. You will need to meet delivery drivers outside of the secured gate but it wasn’t a big deal when we ordered groceries in. We just took our beach wagon and we were good to go. Beach chairs and umbrellas were also provided. If flying in, this is so helpful to have for your use. You will need to bring beach towels and plan on washing towels that are provided during your stay. We will be back for sure.

We loved the property, the condo was the perfect size for us for the short weekend trip we were there for on our way to Florida. The bikes were an added plus that we used to ride to the shops and dining right down the road. The condo was small but perfect for what we needed.

Location to beach is great! Cozy condo worked great for 2 people. Sofa bed works better if you put the mattress on the floor to eliminate feeling metal rods on pullout. Owners respond quickly to questions, very nice.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible
We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the Left, use either of the 2 gates on the Left to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay.

To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it.
