Gone Coastal! 2 from oceanfront! Central air! - Hilton Head Island

Newly updated in 2022! Listen to the waves and enjoy incredible views of the beach from the balcony of this top floor villa just the second back from oceanfront with a panoramic west facing view. The linens, towels and bedding are new and unlike many in the building, we have central air! Queen bed in the bedroom with flat screen TV and Spectrum Cable package. 2 small bunks in the hallway for kids (there is a door in the hallway to make it a private room if the kids go to sleep early). The living room has a 50" Roku TV and a sofa bed. High speed internet in the villa and at the pool. Kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you need to cook a meal. My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation). Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just two blocks down the beach from Colginy Plaza and the Tiki Hut. Between walking and biking you really don't need a car. There are bike rentals in walking distance (or you can have them delivered). There is also a Trolley that picks up across the street that goes to other island areas for just $1 per person. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
