In the resort 300 m from the centre of Javea - El Arenal, in a quiet, sunny position, 350 m from the sea, 350 m from the beach. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool angular (15 x 10 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: burglar alarm system. Parking on the premises.
