Very beautiful, cosy 2-family house "Matteo", 469 m a.s.l., renovated in 2018, surrounded by trees. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position. For shared use: garden 150 m2 (fenced) with plants and flowers, swimming pool (7 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with salt water. Garden furniture, public parking 50 m on the road.
