Above Perledo, in the hamlet Regoledo 4.6 km from the centre of Varenna, 27 km from the centre of Lecco, 58 km from the centre of Como, on a slope, 5.7 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 400 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow. 5 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises.
