Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Book to Stay before April 2023 and pool heating is complimentary!! Includes Golf Cart and 4 Bikes too!

Walk into the private gates of our beautifully landscaped house and you will feel as if you are staying in your own compound. This is no doubt the most unique set up in all of Crystal Beach. The oversized lot allows plenty of parking. The courtyard/pool area is totally enclosed creating a sense of privacy.

We are attentive to all guests needs. Guest interaction is limited but he desire of the guests. Any in person encounters would be by request/need per situation. Our landscaper, pool manager, pest control, and golf cart maintenance may access property (exterior only) during guest’s stay but also try to be respectful of guest’s privacy while maintaining the property and ammenities to the highest standards.

Crystal Beach is an easily accessible quaint neighborhood close to Henderson State Park and several beach access areas. It is snuggled between the sugar sand and Destin Commons for the best of all things the area has to offer.

Parking is not allowed on the street but the driveway can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Our complementary street legal golf cart is great for getting around the area to the beach, local restaurants, shopping, bowling etc. Guests also have access to our 4 Beach Cruiser style bikes (with helmets), beach equipment/chairs, etc.

Our family purchased this home in 2020 as the Pandemic sent us looking for a drivable destination to spend family time from our home in Parker (DFW area), TX. This unique property has the perfect layout for our large family to spread out and yet be together!

We absolutely love the Emerald Coast and the location of this home. We checked all the boxes for our dream beach home with this one. From the private heatable pool to the close prximity to the beach, stores, and restaurants, Gigi's Sunshine met our every expectation. We hope you enjoy the home and area with your friends and/or family as much as we do.
