"Spectacular location! The back deck is very private and secluded. Super close to everything including Storyland, historic Jackson, Attitash, and all ski mountains. Quick drive to North Conway to enjoy outlet shopping, and the best restaurants. Our cozy chalet includes a wood-burning stove which warms the whole home. Tons of fun in the White Mountains and easy access to all of it right out of your front door! Come and make some memories!"

We had a truly wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described and pictured. Quiet, private, but not too far from area attractions. Well stocked with all the essentials, and then some! Home was spotless upon arrival. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 teenagers to spread out and be comfortable. Felt like “home away from home”. We’ve ventured up to the White Mountains countless times and rented many homes, but this was one of our favorite stays!!

The house was easy to find, and super clean when we arrived. It's nicer in person than the pictures which is always a welcome surprise. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook a simple dinner in. Loved the setup for the dining/kitchen/living area. The bedrooms were very clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The bathrooms were also spotless and had a nice assortment of toiletries. The basement game room was awesome and my 3-year-old son and husband made good use of everything (even if all the rules were toddler-made). Sits on a very quiet road, so an evening walk was very peaceful, and the creek down back was a fun find. The location was very convenient to Jackson and the Pinkham Notch area which are both great for shorter hikes and outings. We hope to return in the future!

We had a lovely stay, while we were in the area for a mountain bike event. The house, facilities and locale were all wonderful. Nice and peaceful, but conveniently close to where we needed to be, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the thoughtful little touches, that make such a big difference as a guest. Having access to some toiletries we had forgotten, and great laundry facilities, was very much appreciated. Even moreso, the junior members of our group especially enjoyed the games room 🙂 Lots of space, lovely bedding, towels and facilities - a great stay all round. Thank you!

We absolutely loved the space and location. it is perfectly located away from town, but close enough to grab gas and groceries. It was super clean and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. The beds and pillows were all comfy and we really appreciated all the little details throughout the property. For example, a coffee bar, wine glasses, spice rack, TV's in every room, a gas grill, and gas firepit. It exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay again when visiting this area!

Home in Bartlett was nestled in the woods with homes nicely distanced for privacy. It was a nice central location for exploring the white mountains. It had an unbelievable amount of amenities which would come in handy if you have forgot to pack something. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a wonderful location!

We had a wonderful time visiting Bartlett and staying at this beautiful property. The home was very clean, thoughtfully laid out and in a convenient location close to many attractions and restaurants. We very much appreciated the complimentary items, coffee bar books/games and even foosball during the rainy days we had. Communication and instructions were clear. Overall this was one of our favorite bookings and we're very much looking forward to spending time here again. Thank you to the hosts for a fabulous time!

Absolutely beautiful home with incredible hosts! Very clean home with a cozy interior and stunning views. I had a wonderful experience starting with a simple check in. The hosts were kind enough to leave a welcome basket as well as multiple local magazines and brochures for local restaurants and activities. 20 minutes outside of Conway. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway.

Awesome place. Our family had a great summer trip. The house is very thoughtfully furnished and had tons of books and games for our kids to enjoy. The air hockey was not functioning but they had a good time playing foosball, dart and other games. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay.

What a great vacation house! Everything was very well-cared-for and professionally done, from the landscaping out front to the immaculate interior and fresh furniture and decor. Extremely well-equipped -- the kitchen, though tiny, was thoughtfully stocked with every piece of cooking equipment we needed, plus really nice offerings like spices and individual packets of olive oil, foil, ziplocks, small amount of paper products, etc. I especially appreciated the non-scented, natural dish soap provided. So many details around the house, including snacks, games, toiletries and first aid supplies . . . too many to list! The location was very quiet but convenient for a family going to Storyland, Diana's Baths, etc. The Red Fox Grille was super family friendly, delicious, and just 6 minutes away. Would definitely recommend!

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was your own.
- No Renters Under 25 years of age; guest making the reservation must be over 25 and all guest must be listed on the reservation
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night
- Host approval is required PRIOR to any non-registered visitors (not listed on reservation) at this location
- No Smoking, Vaping or Burning of Candles/Incense in the house or close proximity to exterior of the house
- 3 cars Maximum in driveway please; street parking is not permitted at any time
- Please provide your own wood for use in the main floor wood burning stove
- Active fires in wood burning stove are not to be left unattended; fire screen must be used if stove doors remain open
- Do not use basement level wood burning stove
- Please clean outdoor grill after use
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house); no excessive noise or music
- Respect the neighbors
- Absolutely NO pets
- NO Fireworks, they are illegal in this area
- Ring video doorbell and camera are present at the front door and front deck areas facing the exterior only; video (live and/or recorded) may be viewed to confirm guest count
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
