Check-in: Apartment Details: - We kindly request that you be gentle on the stairs and respect the weight limit of 250lbs. You will be held responsible for any damage caused to the stairs. - The apartment has an upstairs and a downstairs door. The key for the upstairs door is marked on your key ring. Spices, Food, and Liquor Cart: - We operate on an honor system when it comes to spices, food, and the liquor cart. If you use something, please replace it with a similar item. Condiments and Refrigerator: - Feel free to use the condiments in the fridge during your stay. - Before checking out, please make sure to clear out any food you brought with you. Parking and Garbage: - Parking is available downstairs outside the building. - Garbage disposal is located downstairs outside as well. - Ensure that you lock your apartment door whenever you leave. Shoes and Pet: - Kindly remove your shoes while inside the apartment. Slippers are provided for your comfort. - If you're bringing along your furry friend, you'll find a towel by the downstairs door for their use. Dishwasher: - Rinse dishes before placing them in the dishwasher, as it does not handle large chunks of food. - You will be held responsible for any damage caused to the dishwasher during your stay. - Please remember to turn on the dishwasher before you leave. WiFi Details: - provided after confirming Smoking Policy: - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You are welcome to vape outside. - A fee of $150 will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking in the apartment. No Parties and Quiet Hours: - We have a strict no-party policy to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. - Please respect the building's quiet hours starting from 11 pm. Entertainment and Miscellaneous: - We provide free TV access through TUBI. Additionally, feel free to use your Netflix, Spotify, and Amazon accounts on our devices. - Before your departure, please remember to log out of your personal accounts. - There is a basket of cords available, including USB-C and HDMI, in case you need them during your stay.
