This unique apartment, in a typical older Montreal building, is self contained and private. It is on 2 floors : small kitchen & cute lil' living room on the bottom and large comfy bedroom and bathroom up top!

This place packs a punch for its size. Fully functioning modern kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, Wifi ... everything you need!

The location CANNOT BE BEAT! Smack dab in the centre of the bustling Plateau neighbourhood.

This unique, self contained private apartment is on 2 floors :

Walk up the stairs from your private front door and you will find your small kitchen & cute lil' living room. Walk upstairs again to find your large comfy bedroom and bathroom up top!

This place packs a punch for its size. Fully functioning modern kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, Wifi ... everything you need!

To Note: Stairs from front door into apartment and more stairs within to get to the bedroom.
Probably not the best for folks with mobility issues.

7 minute walk to a metro station as well.
Bixi bikes (bike share) right outside the front door.

Cafes, restaurants, bars, people watching, shopping, art, culture...it's all here! Easy travel to other parts of town as well.
