The entry code is the last 4 digits of the cell phone number provided at booking and will be active at 4PM on your scheduled day of check-in (if before 4PM we will let you know via text). The house will not be rented to anyone under 25 years of age. A responsible party over 25 years old MUST BE PRESENT at the house during the entire stay.

Payment Policy
50% due 60 days before booking with the remaining 50% due 30 days before booking.
Refundable Damage Deposit
The $500 deposit is returned to the renter (if no damage has occurred) once the Property Manager sends approval to the Owners after check-out.
Cancellation Policy
Renters who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount you’ve paid. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, you won’t get a refund for cancellation.
