From:
Kennedy Airport:
Taxi Cabs are a flat rate to Manhattan $62 this is the quickest route and less expensive than an user
The A Train also Stops at John F Kennedy airport and can be taken to west 4th street which is a bit of a walk with bags so I would suggest transferring to the F train at Jay St. Borough hall station and Taking the F train across the platform to the 2nd Ave station.
Laguardia Airport:
Taxi and Ubers can be anywhere from 25-35 dollars depending on traffic it is usually quicker to get a cab.
Newark Airport:
Taxi is a flat rate and comes out to around 50 dollars with the toll from NJ.
NJ Trasit is 13 dollars to Penn Station where you can walk one block to the 34th St. Herald Square Station and take the R or W trains to 8th St NYU.
Penn Station:

Take The Downtown 6 Train to Astor Place Station.

Check In: 3PM - Flexible
For self check in, open the bottom right lockbox (to the right of the front door) and use the code 0929
Once you have the key, open the first two doors to the building: to do this push the solid metal key (the one without the holes on top) all the way in then pull it out about 2 millimeters (for some reason the key wont turn if it's pushed in all the way)and turn to the left. Do this for both doors.
Proceed to the fourth foor. To open the door, turn the large key with the black top all the way to the left (you might need to turn hard) and push the door open.
Once you get in, the bathroom is on the right. through the kitchen you will see a closet next to the window (furthest to the left), then two bedroom doors next to it. The door furthest to the right (next to the cabinets) is your room. The all metal key with the holes on the top is the key to lock your room.
Towels can be found in the closet two doors left of your room(door closest to the window/air conditioner). Wifi is on the side of the fridge. please take your shoes off inside the house :)
If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact me.

2. No pets I already have a dog that is enough. If you show up with a pet unannounced you will be asked to leave and not refunded
3. This is a shoes-off house.
4. If you do not arrive within the agreed-upon check in window, I reserve the right to refuse entry without refund.
5. Clean up after yourself in common areas and clean your dishes
6. The street level locks have a small trick to them. Insert key, pull back very slightly and turn to the left. Easy.
7. HEATING: This building was built in 1860. The heating system does not have a thermostat but is super toasty and nearly always on, full blast during cold months. PLEASE ASK FOR ASSISTANCE FROM ADONIS, if you need help regulating the temperature in your room. We will open the window. As antiquated as this sounds, it works very well (this was originally controlled by a transom, in the high part of the window, but the modern windows are controlled manually from a small step ladder. We will do this task for guests.
8. Please do not go on the roof or fire escape except for emergency purposes.
9. Late at night the stairs can be loud in the halls so please try to not be loud and respect neighbors. If you are rowdy or noisy in the hallways or stairs that constitutes as breaking the house rules.
10. Please do not open and close bottom window in the Hall and far left of the kitchen. (Above the radiator) As these have the cable to the internet running through and can damage them. The top windows can be opened
