This is a newly renovated spacious studio located at 1st floor with private entrance. We garrantee all sheets and Towels will be replaced and clean for each guests! Your safe is our first consider it. I hope All guests will enjoy our places. We will keep improve ourself and happy to hear your comments.

Die Wohnung und der Strand waren gut. Leider war die Wasserqualität schlecht, sodass man nicht Schwimmen konnte. Wir waren zu dritt und anfangs fehlte die dritte Schlafgelegenheit und ausreichend Küchenutensilien. Auf unser Nachfragen wurde alles am nächsten Morgen geliefert. Das dritte Bett ist eine dicke Luftmatratze und war ausreichend. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und Weifeng ist ein guter Gastgeber.

This is a rare find with great location for those who prefer to steer clear of the NYC traffic and difficulties in finding parking. Loved having our own exclusive parking spot literally within steps of Weifeng’s condo! In addition it is a waterfront view with a boardwalk directly across the street. The place was immaculate and he even provided bottles of water and coffee. So if you want to visit NYC without the hassles this is the place! Just take the Staten Ferry which is about 5 miles away. It provides an incredible breath taking view of NYC! In addition, there are many great little places to eat that are reasonably priced like Lee’s for pizza and beer, and Jerry’s diner for breakfast on the way to Staten Island Ferry. This is one of the best valued Airbnb we have stayed at! Thank you Weifeng!

Great little studio apartment, perfect for a couple. Easy to find, clean, as described, secure (loved the August app for keyless entry/exit), and mostly very quiet. The people above us were quite heavy footed but not enough to really bother us. I do wish there was a full length mirror out in the bedroom area, as the mirror in the bathroom (as well as the bathroom itself) was quite small and not ideal for 2 people trying to get ready. Overall, this was a great spot and a great price. It is easy to get to the ferry to hit Manhattan, as well as drive into Brooklyn.

This place was exactly as described in the pictures. It was clean, spacious and incredibly tidy. The bed was comfortable and the whole space was homely. Furthermore, the kitchen was clean and had all the amenities I needed. I would say, it was good value. Finally, I loved the fact that it was a walking distance to the beach which meant easy access to long walks at the beach. Thank you Daniel for all your help and support during my stay.

This place was in a great location for a great price. You can walk across the street to the beach or across the street there is the s51 bus stop that takes you to the ferry to get to Manhattan. The place was really nice and has everything you need. There’s a ShopRite 15 min down the road. Definitely will be coming back!

5mis drive to VZ Bridge. Bus stops by walking distance. Transportation to Manhattan: The Staten Island Ferry is Free and runs 24/7, all year round. The ferry is 25 min ride to Lower East Manhattan, from here you can take local or express trains, 4, 5, 6, 1, R trains to Central Manhattan (Times Square, Central Park etc...), or to Queens or Brooklyn. Lots of Bus stops are only 1 min walk distance from the apartment, which it takes around couple minutes to the ferry terminal. The Buses cost $2.75 per person and runs 24/7.

Please ensure smoke does not blow into the house. Do not dispose of cigarette ash or stubs in the indoor rubbish bins or litter anywhere around the patio or the garden. We reserve the right to charge a $250 instant penalty, plus claim for any other extra fees including but not exclusive of cleaning, damage and future lost business. 5.
