Frippin Unreel has everything you need for a fun filled family vacation. This marsh front beauty is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home (with small bunk room that is used as a 4th bedroom) located on Fripp Island, South Carolina. It was recently completely renovated.

Rental includes TWO golf carts (one 6 seater and one 4 seater), fishing and crabbing gear, tandem kayak, beach towels, beach/pool items, and a state park pass. The house has fast internet and smart tvs.
The rental also comes with a State Park Pass that will get everyone from one car into Hunting Island State Park for free. Hunting Island State Park is right before you get on Fripp and offers so much to explore.
Frippin Unreel is less than a 5 minute golf cart ride to the closest beach access point. You have 3 miles of beach access points to choose from - most have golf cart parking available!
Frippin Unreel is part of a small community on Fripp Island that has its own community pool (no amenity cards needed). The pool is open early May - mid October (exact dates depend on weather) and is just down the street.
The house is just steps from the community’s private crabbing dock with amazing views of the marsh. Only those in our community can use that crab dock, plus there are several others around the island for your use (we have a welcome book with places on the island mapped out).
Wildlife is abundant all around the island. You will see many deer, alligators, and beautiful birds. Fripp has walking and biking trails all over the island. The island has several playgrounds in addition to the private playground in our community.
Bedroom configuration-
Master bedroom is downstairs. The master has a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom and sliding glass door leading out to screened in deck. It has a smart TV.
2nd bedroom is upstairs and has queen bed with marsh views. It has a smart TV.
3rd bedroom is also upstairs and has a queen bed. It has a smart TV.
There is another small room with a bunk bed (two twin beds) between the 2 other upstairs bedroom that could be used as a 4th little room or kids nook. That room does not have a closet.
There is a bathroom upstairs.
There is a fully enclosed outdoor shower around back - great for taking a shower after the beach!
A water hose is located under the front steps to rinse feet or beach toys off.
Washer and Dryer is in the kitchen utility room.
Kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped. There is also a gas grill in the garage. You can use whatever gas may be in the tank. If it is empty, you can exchange the gas tank at the marina store or bring your own from home! Be sure to pull the grill into the driveway to use.
The back deck, with beautiful marsh views, is completely screened in with two ceiling fans and ready for you to enjoy that morning coffee or late night bottle of wine.

No fireworks or sparklers
Other things to note -
While you will have access to our private community pool, playground, crabbing dock, and all beach access points, we DO NOT have resort amenity cards. We CANNOT obtain them for any guest.
Guests can still shop at SpringTide Marketplace for light food, beer, ice, liquor, and other necessities. Guests can also access the Marina Store for more essentials including bait. The Marina and SpringTide market also both have a Deli!
The guest who books the reservation must be 25 years or older and must be present at the property for the length of the stay!
The house is set up for a maximum of 6 adults. It will sleep a total of 8 if there are 2 children for the bunk bed.

Payment Policy
30% Deposit due at time of booking. Full amount due (including security deposit) within 60 days of reservation. All reservations made 60 days or less from reservation dates will be required to pay full amount at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel this reservation within 60 days prior to your reservation date you will be able to receive a full refund. Canceling 30-60 days will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations less than 30 days prior to your reservation date will forfeit all sums paid, unless we can rent the property to someone else at the same rate for the same period. If the property is re-rented, we will refund the lesser of (1) all Rent paid by you or (2) all Rent paid by the new renter.
