This beautiful two story home is located in the heart of Fripp Island and on the 17th fairway of the gorgeous Ocean Creek golf course. It is a short golf cart ride to the beach, marina, Cabana Club, and more! Our home is perfect for your family vacation, girls weekend, or golf getaway. The home is fully stocked and updated for your comfort. Fripp Island is a private gated island and we are thrilled to share our piece of paradise with you. This adorable cottage will feel like home away from home. 3 bedroom/3 bathroom accommodates up to 8 people (max 6 adults). No pets, smoking, or vaping on the property.

Primary mode of transportation on Fripp Island is golf cart. Owners have a 4 seater golf cart that guests are able to use. This is offered as a courtesy and not factored into the rental price. We highly recommend renting an additional cart (especially during peak season) in case the owner cart is broken or damaged. Cart repairs take time and although we do our best to keep it in great condition, we cannot guarantee it will be operational during the stay. No refund or adjustment to rental rate will be given if cart is not working.

No pets unless prior permission granted from owners. Non-shedding, fully potty trained dogs only.

No high school or college aged groups allowed. Adults/parents must be present during entire stay.

Maximum occupancy: 8

Max occupancy 8 total (max 6 adults). No pets, smoking, or vaping on the property. Occupancy violation results in immediate eviction.

House Rules

No pets, no smoking, no vaping inside or on porches. Max occupancy 8 - strictly enforced.

Payment Policy

50% Deposit due at the time of booking.
Balance due 30 days prior to check-in day.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit required for booking. Security deposit is refunded after check out if property is left in the same condition as it was when arriving.
