Hi there! Yes, our camper is pet-friendly—we know adventures are even better with your furry companions along for the ride. ? We do ask that pets stay off the furniture and that guests clean up after them to help us keep the camper in great shape for everyone.

There’s a small $5/day pet fee to cover extra cleaning, and of course, service animals are always welcome and not subject to this fee.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 2.30PM - 4PM

Pickup:
Between 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM on your first rental day. We’ll walk you through everything and make sure you feel confident before hitting the road.

Return:
Please return the camper by 12:00 PM (noon) on your last rental day. This helps us prep for the next adventure!

If you need a little flexibility, just let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Payment Policy

To keep things simple and secure, we follow a clear and guest-friendly payment schedule:

At Booking: A 25% deposit is due to reserve your dates. This secures your spot and lets us begin prepping for your trip.

30 Days Before Check-In: The remaining 75% is automatically charged. You'll receive a reminder before this payment is processed.

2 Days Before Check-In: A $500 refundable security deposit hold is placed on your credit card. This is an authorization hold—not a charge—and will be released within 7 days after your trip if the camper is returned in good condition.

If you’re booking within 30 days of your trip, the full rental amount will be due at the time of booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

To protect both you and the property, a $500 refundable security deposit will be collected 2 days before check-in. This is a temporary authorization hold, not a charge, and it helps cover any potential damage, missing items, or policy violations.

If the camper is returned clean, undamaged, and in accordance with the rental agreement, the deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of checkout—often sooner. In the event that deductions are needed, we’ll provide clear documentation and communication.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation:
Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as your trip is at least 14 days away.

If you cancel more than 7 days before your trip:
75% of your total booking will be refunded
HoufyProtect (if purchased) will be fully refunded
Service fee is non-refundable

If you cancel less than 7 days before your trip:
50% of your total booking will be refunded
HoufyProtect (if purchased) will be fully refunded
Service fee is non-refundable
