Located one mile from Grant Park this Craftsman Bungalow is updated but still retains the old charm of its origin. The kitchen has all stainless appliances, granite, gas range, coffee maker and toaster. The home is equipped with high speed internet/wifi and security systems. New furnace and AC keep you comfortable. Off street parking for two cars. Shes old but charming, quirky and full of love. Sit and enjoy a drink on the front porch or on the deck in the private fenced backyard.
