The location of this lagoon view Forest Beach Villas 407 stunning 2 bedroom/ 3 full bathroom villa is outstanding as it’s across the street from the beach and a block from the Coligny Plaza shopping and dining, with a view of the beautiful Lowcountry Celebration Park. Villa is on the complex’s top floor and features a spacious contemporary living room with an eye catching stone wall, spacious granite kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need to cook meals, balcony that overlooks a lagoon and the park, upgraded WiFi, lots of beach/recreational amenities including tennis and pickle ball rackets, bikes and an underground parking garage with luggage carts to make unloading a snap. Villa comes with free tennis and pickle ball courts and a wonderful pool for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an oversized chair that easily converts to a twin bed. The second bedroom features a twin XL over queen with twin XL pullout trundle bunk bed. The living room also has an oversized chair that easily converts to a twin bed. The villa is 1,160 square feet and comfortably sleeps 8 people and offers guests a quiet place to enjoy their vacation, along with the convenience of being a short walk to shops, restaurants and beach bars.

With respect to our bikes we have approximately 12 bikes in our complexes under ground parking garage that are shared between this condo and the other Forest Beach Villa Condo that we own. As owners we inspect/repair the bikes every 6 weeks, but cannot guarantee that every bike will be in working order due to the extreme wear & tear that the sand & salt water have on the bikes. We ask that guests carefully check over the bikes & decide if they meet your safety standards before using them and understand these bikes are not new-like and should be considered an added free perk as we do not increase our rates to account for the cost of them. For guest that would like new-like bikes we suggest you rent them from Pedals Bicycles on 71 Pope Avenue. It should be noted that we have 6 bike helmets in our condo and if needed extra helmets can be rented from any bike rental company.

Condo Rules:
-Parties or large gatherings are not permitted in the condo. The condo’s maximum occupancy of 8 is strictly enforced.
-Complex rules as well as the Hilton Head Island’s Short Term Rental Ordinance prohibit excessive noise.
-Condo door must be locked at all time.
-Complex does not allow towels to be hung on balcony railing.
-Complex does not allow shoes & beach amenities to be stored outside of condo doors.
-All trash must be removed from condo when you depart.
-The Forest Beach Villa complex only allows owners to have pets and this rule is strictly enforced by the complex’s onsite property manager. The condo’s Home Owner’s Association will assess a $200 fine to violators of this policy.
-Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
