Welcome to Flynns Loft, the heart of Irish Country - Butte, Montana. This modern loft features high ceilings, tons of light and an open floor plan.
Enter through the garage, where there is plenty of room to park your car (or park in one of the two assigned off-street parking spaces). Head upstairs to your loft retreat.
In the loft, you will find a spacious open floor plan, complete with a full kitchen. Open up the glass overhead door and enjoy the cool Montana breeze while enjoying a microbrew or tasting from one of the many distilleries in the area. There is a full-size sleeper sofa available for your guests.
The custom bathroom features large sliding doors and a huge glass enclosed rain shower.
Pass through the bathroom to find a luxurious primary bedroom, with tall ceilings and a walk-in closet. The comfortable queen bed is perfect for ending your night out on the town. Be sure to take in the evening view of Our Lady of the Rockies, as she lights up the Butte sky.
Please note: Stairs required and may not be suitable for kids or adventurous dogs. Bathroom is situated between kitchen & bedroom; see floor plan.

Born out of a love for the hospitality industry and the outdoors. Switchback Premier Adventure Properties’ vision is to enable everyone to get outside, do the things they love, and connect with the environment - all while supporting the communities that we serve.
We are a husband & wife team that met in the ski industry 20+ years ago. We started this company out of our love of hosting – whether it is in our short-term rentals, exploring and sharing this region with visiting friends and family, or hosting holiday and Super Bowl parties at our home. We want to ensure every guest feels welcome and has the right info to make the most of their trip.

This rental is occupied by Property Owners when not being rented. As such, please take the time to read these terms and conditions completely in order to ensure that the property is left in great condition after each rental.
All costs incurred by Property Owners due to violations will be charged to the security deposit.
Guest Information Form
As soon as your reservation has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a link to the Guest Information Form. This must be completed for each reservation, by both first time and returning guests. Check-in information and access to the property will not be given unless your form has been completed.
Reservations
The person or persons under whose name the reservation is booked must be 25 years of age or older. Owners do not allow gatherings of sororities or fraternities, young groups with or without chaperoning, or other large gatherings.
Parties are prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is 4 persons.
Reservations obtained under false pretense are subject to forfeiture. In the event the property cannot be made available during the rental period, renter agrees that their sole and exclusive remedy is a refund of the rental amount paid for each day renter is unable to use the property.
Responsibility
The person or persons under whose name the reservation is booked are responsible for all damages incurred, and must reside at the property for the duration of the rental. They are responsible for ensuring that they and authorized guests abide by all rules set forth in this document, the Good Neighbor Guide, in the reservation confirmation, and those posted throughout the property. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of rental without refund.
Parking
Two vehicles per reservation permitted. Parking is in front of the Property in designated, marked parking spots. Do not park in neighboring business spots or you will be subject to towing.
Video/Audio Monitoring
This property has a security camera located at the garage that records video & audio.
Check In Procedures
Check in is 4pm MST. An earlier check in time may be permitted, at an additional cost, on an as-available basis and must be arranged in advance. A day before your arrival, you will receive a check in email including access code and other property-specific information. This will not be sent until Guest Information Form is complete.
Check Out Procedures
Check out is by 11am MST on the day of checkout. Check out times later than 11am may be permitted, at an additional cost, on an as-available basis and must be arranged in advance. Owners or Agents will enter and begin cleaning promptly at 11am. There is a $100 per hour fee, one hour minimum, if you or your items are occupying the property after 11am.
Before departing: Wash all dishes and/or have the last load running in the dishwasher. Empty the refrigerator of any food you brought. Please do not strip the sheets, as Housekeeping will attend to linens. Secure all windows and doors. Ensure all trash & recycling are in their proper receptacles. Logout of any TV apps you logged into. Don’t forget Fido!
In the rare case where the property is left excessively dirty, additional cleaning will be charged at $100 per hour, one hour minimum. If you would like additional housekeeping services during your stay, please contact Management before your arrival for details and pricing.
Provisions & Housekeeping
Property will be supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dish soap, coffee filters, salt & pepper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, kitchen and bath towels, bed linens, and sofa blankets.
Lock Outs Exterior
Garage Door has electronic key pad. Code will be provided by Management on day prior to arrival, with completion of Guest Information Form. A $50 fee will be assessed for request for lock out assistance.
TV / Internet
Wi-fi password will be provided in the Guide Book upon check-in. TV use is limited to channels or streaming services available without additional fees. Owners cannot guarantee outages will not occur, and cannot control unexpected interruptions to service. Guest may not disconnect internet for any reason. Owners will provide wi-fi passwords and report internet outages to the provider.
Washer & Dryer
In-unit washer and dryer are available. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are available for Guest use. Guest must clean lint trap on dryer prior to each use.
Dishwasher
Do not place pots, pans, knives, scissors, metal baking sheets, metal baking racks, or wood utensils into the dishwasher. Doing so may cause warping & damage to these items. Damaged items will be charged to the security deposit.
Emergencies / Problems and Repairs
Call 911 first for medical, fire, and police emergencies. Crucial problems should be directed to Management, as listed in your confirmation email. Leave a voicemail if we don’t answer, and we will respond in a timely manner. Messages are checked regularly throughout the day and on weekends and holidays.
Pets
Dogs are welcome! Maximum of 2 dogs per property. All dogs must be on a leash while outside of the property. You must clean up after your pet. No dogs on the furniture. Additional cleaning charges will be incurred if excess fur on furniture, pet urination or damage occurs. Pet sheets are provided for covering furniture/beds for those dogs that just can't resist. NO CATS IN PROPERTY.
Smoking
All Properties are non-smoking / no vaping. Violators are subject to immediate forfeiture of rental without refund, and additional cleaning charges, at a minimum of $500, and could be substantially higher. Smoking is allowed outside away from the premises. Please dispose of your smoking remnants responsibly.
Fireworks
Fireworks are prohibited. Violators are subject to forfeiture of rental without refund.
Lost and Found
Owners and Agents are not responsible for items left in the property. We will collect found items, and they are held for thirty days before donation to a local charity. If you believe you have left something behind, contact Management to see if it has been found and arrange for the cost of return postage. Firearms left in the property will be turned over to the Butte Police Department for arrangement of pickup.
Right of Entry
Management may need to enter the property for the purpose of inspection or maintenance. We will notify you in advance and do our best not to disturb you.
Limitation of Liability
Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Switchback Premier Adventure Properties and their respective agents, directors, employees and representatives from any liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or related to any claim arising out of or in connection with renter’s use or occupancy of Property, including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property incurred or sustained by renter, or renter’s guests or invitees, and without regard to whether such persons have authority to be upon the premises. Without limiting the foregoing, renter understands that there are inherent risks associated with the use of certain features on the premises, including risks associated with the use of the sauna, firepit and grills. Renter hereby releases Switchback Premier Adventure Properties from any damages arising from renter’s or renter’s guests use of such features.
