Enjoy this cozy, modern chalet in the Massanutten Resort community. This thoughtfully designed home gives you access to all of the area's attractions - hiking, skiing, biking, golf, water park, and tubing during all four seasons.

In addition to resort fun, it's just a quick trip to Shenandoah National Park and James Madison University. With three king beds, bunk beds for three and a well-equipped kitchen, there is plenty of opportunity to have a great vacation with family and friends!

Located in the award-winning Massanutten Resort community, this beautiful and spacious home can comfortably accommodate a group of family or friends to vacation.

With resort attractions for every season, you won't have to go far to be entertained. In addition to attractions of skiing, golf and miniature golf, swimming pools and the water park, hiking and Massanutten family adventure park, visit the escape room, petting farm, or local winery - all within a short drive.

If you prefer to stay in, try curling up to the fireplace and using the high-speed internet to stream your favorite movie. The kitchen is fully stocked for a home-cooked meal, or if you prefer - use the gas grill and enjoy the mountain air!

**FIRST FLOOR**
-Living Room: Open concept living / dining / kitchen with a 65" Samsung smart HDTV for streaming through your personal account.

-Kitchen: This kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meal, including a 17-piece Calphalon non-stick cookware set, a toaster, electric kettle, Cuisinart coffee maker for drip coffee and K-cups, or use the Bodum pour-over for your coffee instead. Pyrex bakeware, serving dishes, kid-friendly dishes and cutlery as well as a high-chair are also provided.

-Bathroom and Laundry: The powder room offers privacy and easy access to all guests, and the laundry room has a full-size GE washer and dryer with laundry pods included.

-Bedroom 1: King-size Article bed with Helix memory foam mattress and an ensuite full bathroom with separate shower and jetted bathtub.


**SECOND FLOOR**
-Bedroom 2: King-size Article bed with Helix memory foam mattress, private balcony, dedicated workstation and twin sleeper sofa.

-Bathroom: This shared full bathroom has a shower/tub combo, large vanity and hairdryer.

-Bedroom 3: Twin bunk beds + trundle bed. This room also has toys and books for little ones and a TV for older children that want to hook up their gaming system or watch a movie.

-Bedroom 4: West Elm King-size bed with Zinus cooling gel memory foam mattress

-Toiletries: We supply luxurious and eco-friendly Public Goods body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion for your stay. We'll get you started with toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags but if you're staying more than a weekend you likely will need to bring or buy some more.

The entire home is available for guest use.

-Patio: The back patio can be accessed from the laundry room or bedroom and has seating for four (4) as well as a Weber BBQ grill with propane gas.

-Parking: There is plenty of room in the paved driveway for 6 cars. The garage is accessible but only from inside of the home.

-Stairs: There are several stairs required to access the home, as shown in the photos.

-Trash: Due to wildlife and infrequent pickup, trash must be taken to the Massanutten community dumpsters.

-Resort: Some activities will require a fee for admission or a resort guest pass which can be purchased per person, per day.

The home is situated on a somewhat flat lot on a quiet, residential street. The setting is wooded and serene - expect to hear birds chirping and see a deer here and there :)

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!

This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community.

NOISE

Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M.

PARKING

All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.

Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so.
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.

If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.

NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.

NO OPEN FIRES

You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended.

ALCOHOL

Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.

PETS
Pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this property. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.

TRASH

DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property.

Lost and Found Policy

Please note that any belongings left behind after check-out will be securely stored for a limited time. We will arrange to send these items back to the address provided by the guest. However, the guest will be responsible for covering any handling and shipping fees associated with this service.
