There's a king size bed, two swivel barrel chairs for watching TV or watching the waves. Dining table with 4 chairs for meals or playing cards or board games. Fully appointed kitchenette. All appliances except a food disposal. All the pots, pans, dishes, and tools you'll need to prepare simple vacation meals. Keurig. Small drip coffee pot.
Bathroom with jetted tub and shower. Small clothes closet in the hallway. Please be aware that there is NO washer/dryer in the unit. However, it's just a short trip up the elevator to the 15th floor where there is a card operated washer and dryer for your use.
Per fire code, we are only allowed two people total.
You are located near restaurants, stores, grocery stores, and entertainment. You can walk to most of those. There are Ubers readily available in town. We are only 15-20 minutes from the EPC airport. Most people like to rent cars to drive around and see the whole area. But, you don't really have to if you are planning to spend most of your time on the beach and at Majestic.
Majestic is an amazing resort. We have two indoor pools, one in each tower. Four total outdoor pools. One is for tiny kids, one small pool for anyone or older kids, one big pool at Tower 1. One big pool for Tower 2 that is partially covered for those who don't want all the sun. It also has walk in ramps with rails for those who need some assistance.
We have a game room in Tower 2 with ping pong, pool, and air hockey. Movie theater in auxiliary building attached to parking garage along with a super nice fitness center. Covered parking with street walkovers. Marketplace store inside Tower 1 with a Starbucks and a bar and grill. H2O bar and grill outside by pools at Tower 1. (Our unit is in Tower 1.) You could really come and stay at Majestic and never leave!

Policies and Rules
Take the elevator in Tower 1 to level 6. Turn right and 612 is just a few doors down. You'll have to use the given code to open the foyer door that adjoins units 611 and 612.
Then, you'll use the given code to open your door, unit 612. Please DO NOT take the luggage cart into the FOYER and especially not into the unit. If you are seen doing so, YOU WILL BE FINED $50, and additionally charged for any damage that the housekeeper notices in the foyer or unit caused by a luggage cart scratching and scraping walls and doors. This will come from your security deposit.
Once inside the unit, please look around and take pictures immediately if you see anything that looks broken, stained up, or torn. That way, you will not be held responsible for the damage.
Please contact me if you see anything that the housekeeper skipped or didn't clean well. If we need to get her there, I'll contact her.
2. No smoking of anything and no vaping.
3. Do not leave sliding glass doors open. It stresses the air conditioner and the humidity ruins everything inside the unit.
4. Please do not eat and drink in bed (other than water). The bedspreads show this rule is being broken frequently. I am going to start fining guests for unremovable stains of grease, nail polish, lipstick etc.
5. Follow the resort rules:
Quiet hours from 10 PM TO 9 AM.
State law says DO NOT FEED THE BIRDS.
Any other rules posted in elevators.
Do NOT enter water with double red flags. You’ll get a $500 fine (if you don’t drown). People drown in PCB every single year.
6. Before check out, sweep up excess sand, put dishes on to wash, take or throw out all your food items from the fridge, throw away all your trash and take trash to trash chute. Put used towels and washcloths in the bathtub if they're not wet. If wet, hang them around on the shower curtain rod and edge of the bathtub. Set thermostat on AUTO Cool, 72 in the summer, and for the cold weather, AUTO Heat 67. Lock the balcony door, and make sure the unit door is closed and locked. Leave bracelets on table.
7. CHECK OUT IS AT 10 AM. If you need a later check out, it must be approved ahead of time. Guests who remain in the unit past 10 will incur a $50 fine per each 30 minutes; $50 minimum fine for 1-30 minutes with increments of $50 added at the beginning of each 30 minute time period.
We do not refund for named storms. We will let you apply what you’ve paid toward another date. We will return your security deposit until you’ve set your new date. Please purchase trip insurance to cover yourself.
RENTAL RULES: You agree to abide by the rules stated in this Agreement and the Majestic Beach Homeowner’s Association Rules and Regulations at all times while at the Property, and you will cause all members of your rental party and anyone else you permit on the Property to abide by the rules at all time while at the Property.
ACCESS: You will allow Owner access to the Property for the purposes of repair and inspection. Owner will exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
LIABILITY: Owner will not be responsible to you or any of your guests, family, or occupants for any damages, injuries, or losses to person or property caused by fire, water leaks, winds, explosion, smoke, interruption of utilities, theft, burglary, robbery, assault, vandalism, other persons, condition of the Property, or other occurrences or casualty losses, unless the damage or injury is caused by Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. You will promptly reimburse Owner for any loss, property damage, or cost of repairs or service to the Property caused by the negligence or improper use by you or your guests, family, or occupants. NOTICE: You should secure your own insurance coverage for protection against liabilities and losses.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the Property, you should bring your own beach or pool towels. We don't permit bath towels or linens to be removed.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given for hurricanes, tropical storms or other natural disasters.
PROPERTY CONDITION: The Property will be in clean and good working condition. You agree to keep the Property and all furnishings in good order and to use the appliances for their intended use. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the Owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, Internet outages, etc. For items within the Owner’s control, the Owner will make every attempt to correct problems that may occur while you are in the Property. It is your responsibility to notify the Owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds will be given for the problems that the Owner is able to correct timely.
