We are delighted to welcome you to Flip Flops N Palms Cottage in the beautiful beach town of Navarre, Florida. The cozy beachy cottage is only minutes from Navarre Beach and the Navarre pier. Enjoy easy access to beaches, restaurants & shops. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachy vacation gateway is just a short drive from the white sandy beaches & emerald green waters. This home is all about location & comfort.

The cozy beachy cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, kitchen, dining area and a screened in back patio. There is a 55 inch Roku TV in the living area. The main bedroom offers a king bed, a walk in closet, a chair, a bench, a 40 inch Roku TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a chair and a closet. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds, a closet & a 32 inch Roku TV. These two bedrooms share one bathroom in the hallway. Dinning area has a dining table and seating for 6 guests. Kitchen is stocked with the items you will need to prepare a meal minus the food. The screened back porch has patio furniture and some games. Guest will have full access to the home with the exception of one linen closet in the home. Washer & dryer are located in the garage. The garage is currently used for storage and not big enough to park your car in it. Sorry NO garage parking.

Please park in the drive way only. There is space for 2 car tandem parking. No parking on the grass or the street.

We are only a few minutes away if our guests have any questions or need anything.

The neighborhood is easily accessible via Hwy 87 or Hwy 98 and is located less than 2 miles from Navarre Beach. The cottage is in the town center district and located in walking distance of businesses, shops and restaurants. Flip Flops N Palm Cottage is nestled in a safe, relaxing and laid back neighborhood with various styles of homes (newer & older single family homes, townhomes and older manufactured homes). There are several other vacation homes and homes with friendly long term owners. You will be in walking distance to the Welcome Center, the sound(you will need to cross a busy Hwy to access the sound) and eateries.

Use of an automobile is recommended for get around unless you prefer to walk or bike to beach and such. You will be in walking distance to several eateries and shops.

What a beautiful home in a great location. So convenient to Navarre beach, and a short drive to Ft. Walton/Destin. The house was beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean with small touches to make us feel welcome and at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals, which we did, and we loved spending time in the screened porch. We hated to leave! Will definitely be back.

This place is so lovely! Would highly recommend! Located in a quiet neighborhood that is just a 5 minute drive away from the beach. Very close to restaurants and shops too. The cottage had everything we needed. The screened in back porch is such a nice place to sit and relax as well. Keith and Edit were very responsive and attentive with any questions and helpful information.

The Flip Flop home is everything you see & more. The location is prime with beach access less than 10 minutes from the home. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings & bedding. Can easily cook a meal with all that is supplied. They even supplied beach accessories. The hosts are amazing & very attentive to assure you a pleasant experience. I’ll be back for sure with no hesitation!

Edit & Keith are spectacular hosts. The house was well-stocked and appointed, and they cover every detail needed to ensure the stay is comfortable. It also doesn't hurt that you can walk to a great ice cream place on Prado!

My family and I booked at this beautiful, cozy cottage as a mini getaway for my son's birthday. This was our very 1st Airbnb experience, but it definitely won't be our last. The location was perfect. There was a variety of local restaurants, a souvenir shop, grocery, gas and most importantly the beach all within a five minute drive of the cottage. The entire place was very clean and neatly organized, there was a screened in patio with seating out back, beach supplies and everything that we needed from pots & pans to salt & pepper to makeup wipes & shampoo. All we needed to do was buy food to cook. To top it off, our host was delightful. She answered any questions and replied to all of my messages promptly. There were information booklets with local available activities in the King bedroom and Edit also suggested nearby family entertainment. Overall, our experience from check in to check out was exceptional. It was great speaking with Edit, she was very pleasant and I would absolutely recommend booking this beautiful cozy cottage to anyone for their next getaway. I would definitely book with her again.

I love family, traveling, the ocean & Real Estate (I am a licensed Broker in FL). We stayed in many short term rentals during our travels and thought it would be a great idea to offer our vacation home to other travelers coming to visit the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast. House Rules

1. NO parties or events & NO third party bookings. 2. Only Registered Guests are allowed on premises. If you have visitors, please let us know before hand. Charge for unregistered Guest will be $100 a night. Max occupancy is 6 (Children over 2 years included in the max occupancy). 3. Although children are allowed, this unit is NOT childproof. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. 4. Driveway only holds 2 cars tandemly parked. NO parking on the grass or on the street. 5. DO NOT USE the premises for any illegal activity. 6. NO smoking or vaping on premises. 7. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. 8. Sorry! NO PETS. Our yard has some plants that are dangerous to pets. 9. If you damage something, please let us know right away. We understand that accidents happen but we need to know about them as soon as they happen. 10. Doors and windows shall be closed when air conditioning/heater is in operation. Do not set AC lower than 70 degrees to prevent unit from freeze up. Leaving AC unit running and having doors/windows open can cause the unit to shut off. There are no refunds for lack of or malfunctioning HVAC units. 11. This is beautiful Florida and we love it and all of it’s creatures. You could encounter all kinds of bugs, birds and even snakes. Our house is under regular pest control and we do everything we can to keep them out of the home. Please make sure to keep the doors closed while you are visiting. We do not give refunds or discounts for pest sightings. 12. Please lock all doors as well as windows when you are not at the home. 13. Please don't enable or manipulate any of the security & wifi devises. ***Guest that break these house rules could have their reservation canceled with NO refund and will be asked to leave the property immediately.Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
