Very cosy, comfortable timber house "Fjellkos", 367 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, built in 1989, renovated in 2018, surrounded by trees. In the centre of Eikerapen 11 km from the centre of Kyrkjebygd, 45 km from the centre of Evje, 78 km from the centre of Mandal, 2 km from the lake. Private: natural state property 370 m2. Terrace (45 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 11 km, bus stop "Eikerapen" 700 m, railway station "Snartemo" 43 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 85 m, sandy beach 2 km (small), bathing lake "storevatnet" 2.5 km, lake Øre 2.5 km.
