This home is perfectly balanced with a split floor plan.
Master en suite on one side of the home and the other two bedrooms and bath on the other. They are separated by the great room. Laundry is just off the kitchen. There also is a cozy reading/coffee nook.

My husband and I are getting close to retiring and purchased this home with the potential goal of being snowbirds.
Its lay out and interior design was also with our two granddaughters in mind. We wanted to have a place for them to enjoy as much as we do.

Your feedback is important to us. To be honest I was shock to hear that the cleanliness of the house was less than five star. As I mentioned in my email we have never had even one comment about how clean the home was.
So I was shocked. Again I apologize.
Feedback both good and bad is critical in being a successful host. What you have shared means that both our housekeeper and Maintaince people are becoming complacent. Without you sharing that we would not ever know because we are remote from the house.
We do try to get down every 4-6 months and do a rather deep clean and extensive Maintaince program to stay ahead of some of the issues you encountered.
We take very seriously the feedback, observations and suggestions our guests make.
Unfortunately, there are times when things happen between guests that the previous guests don't report and we are unaware of that need attention or repair. I apologize this is your first experience with needing to have a repair done during your visit. Again our goal is to accomplish those types of tasks between guest visits.
I deeply appreciate you giving us two chances and am disappointed we fell short of your expectations twice.
I want to thank you again for your very honest feedback and we’ll use it to continue to improve our guests experience.
