Detached Schellenrusli-/Engadin house for the exclusive use by the renter. Very generous house surrounded by forest and hayfields, it stands in the middle of nature. Table tennis, table football, electronic dart, etc, in the empty haybarn. Location is very quiet. No through traffic, ideal for families with small children, people looking for tranquillity and recreation and lover of nature.Summer: Starting point for hiking tours, e.g. into the Swiss national park, biking, jogging, fishing, mushroom picking, taking photographs, golfing, etc. The house has a large terrace with a lot of sunshine from mid-march to mid-November. Only 150m to the river Inn and many barbeque stations.Winter: 50m from the local cross country ski run and the famous one from Scuol to Martina. Possibilities to boggen around the house, Davos sledges and bobs for kids are available. You will also find 2 pairs of snow walking shoes. 5 driving to the mountain railway station. Altogether 4.5 rooms, all with day and night curtains, as well as shutters. Ground floor: Kitchen with dish washer, ceramic stove top, baking oven, fridge and many other kitchen aids, such as mixer, toaster, fondue- und raclette equipment. Comprehensive offering of cooking and eating dinnerware, as well as cutlery. Living and dining room with TV flat screen, radio player with CD. Different card and other family games are available, also a good number of German books. Bathroom with electric floor heating, large shower cabin, bathtub, toilette and washbasin, hairdryer and bathroom scale. Hay barn with table tennis, table football, electronic dart, etc. Tables and chairs with cushion, parasol, sunbed with cushion, etc. to be used on the balcony or elsewhere. Large entrance hall with wardrobe, small table, commode, etc. First floor: 3 bedrooms with 3 bed (plus small children bed), 2 and 1 bed, various cupboards, wardrobes, commodes, etc. Heated vestibule with wardrobe and cupboard. Cellar: Washing machine available for use by our guests. Landlord is happy to provide upon request discounted tickets for the Vereina tunnel. Optionally available against payment are linen for bathroom, Wifi available free of charge.

A very well equipped kitchen with various appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, cooker with oven, coffee machines, etc. are available. A cosy living room with cable TV, radio/TB/CD, family games and books, dining table and upholstery group promise comfort even in less good weather. Family bedroom with 3 beds, large double and single bed (plus small child bed), a second bedroom with two single beds and the single room guarantee a quiet sleep. Spacious bathroom with shower, separate bathtub, washbasin and toilet, hair dryer and personal scale. In the empty hay barn there is a table tennis table, a football table, electric darts and other games. For clean laundry you will find a washing machine in the basement which is available to our guests free of charge.
Included in the total price are: bed linen and kitchen towels, electricity, heating, water consumption and parking, as well as visitors tax and final cleaning of the house. From the landlord you will receive free day tickets for the parking at the valley station of the mountain railway Motta Naluns in Scuol, winter season 6 tickets, summer season 2 tickets per week. Not included: cost for animal (Fr. 60.00 ea.) Important! The house is currently for sale. In case of a visit by an interested party, together with an employee of the estate agent Ginesta St. Moritz, the tenant must vacate and leave the house for approx. 90. In such a case, it is desired that the house leaves a tidy, orderly impression. The tenant will be informed about such an visit in good time.

The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.

D) 1 day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
