Had a great stay here for our honeymoon! The only concern we had was a parking pass was not in the folder when we checked in, but they responded quickly to my message to let me know they do not enforce towing so a parking pass was no longer needed on the property. The stairs to downtown were amazing! We walked everywhere during our stay! The property was clean and well maintained. Overall amazing experience!

We had a great stay! I love that the condo had everything including a stove! I didn’t get to use much in the kitchen but it was definitely filled with basic necessities! The only issue we came across was that we had strollers for our kids and it just wasn’t convenient to use the stairs to walk downtown! Other than that there were no issues! We will definitely be staying there for our future trips! 😊

Smartly decorated condo. King bed and pull out couch very comfortable. Great location!- 15 min hike (.5 mile) to downtown. Saves paying $20 for downtown parking!! We tried various restaurants for dinner, so didn't use the kitchen for much other than breakfast and preparing picnic lunches for our daily hikes - but kitchen is well stocked with all necessities. Would definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful stay in Gatlinburg. We did have an issue with the AC when we arrived. The host was on top of it and it was fixed promptly. luckily it wasn't as hot outside it may have made in unmanageable. We did open the doors and windows to air out but would probably think twice about opening these in the future because of wildlife out there. lol! This condo is walkable to the main strip by the back stairs. It is alot easier just be prepared there is alot of going uphill in the area in general. One of the biggest highlights was seeing the bears. We saw a family below the pool area and the road the condo is on they were down at the end of the road by some trees. However the second to the last night we were there my friend looked out the blinds by the front door and there was one walking in the grass area by our front door. so we grabbed our phones open the door and started recording. He was walking around the hallway they have to be use to people because it doesn't phase them!

Wonderful location! We had a hard time getting in as the key code in the ‘how to get in’ tab was incorrect. The owner did put the correct code in her welcome letter to me, but the front page was easier to access. They were great with communication and we were still able to get into the condo timely. Space was very clean and cozy! Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is a great place to stay if you are visiting Gatlinburg. You can literally walk to all the main attractions and restaurants Gatlinburg has to offer. You only have to drive about 20 minutes depending on traffic to Pigeon Forge. The condo is beautiful inside and out. The only complaints I had was the hot water only lasts about 10-15 minutes max. Cellular connections aren’t very strong in the area and the WiFi in the condo is decent. Certain apps like Netflix didn’t really work without buffering but apps like YouTube Disney+ and Tubi worked fine. We wish the condo had a full body mirror in it. Other than that this condo is as advertised beautiful, spacious and just a great place to go while on your getaway.

-Check-in any time after 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.

-The address is 354 E Holly Ridge Rd, Unit 106, Gatlinburg, TN 37738

-Door code is 7120. When you leave, you can press the lock icon to lock the door.

-Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay:

***Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.
*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.

Our condo is located on the first floor, which is below the main level. You will take the elevator or stairs to the lower level. All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
