Fresh and beautiful Beach Condo just steps to the beach & ocean! This awesome condo has all the bells and whistles with an ocean view from your balcony! Central air conditioning to keep up on those hot summer days! 1 Master Bedroom with a lovely king bed with with 2 storage drawers on each side, luxury rainfall shower, newly tiled and brand new heavy thick shower glass door. 2nd Bedroom/ Kids bedroom with a bunk bed that sleeps at least 2 children. Also 2 plush single rollaway beds to sleep a total of 6.

The gourmet chef's kitchen is adorned with a brand new stunning quartz counter top and 6' large kitchen Island with a farm sink, counter top place setting for 3 people Soft close cabinets, beautiful glass back splash and brand new GE stainless steel appliances fully stocked with a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee pod machine, all the pots and pans, dishes & glassware. The master chef in your household will be impressed! There is a dining room to the right of the kitchen with a dining room table set for 6 that has a view of the ocean. The open floor plan includes the great room with a fireplace, comfortable seating and an entertainment center featuring a 55" smart tv. Right off the great room is a sliding glass door to exit to the Patio deck with a seating for 4. From the balcony you can see the ocean and feel the breeze. Very relaxing and totally updated with modern features to enjoy the ocean in luxury surroundings. Extra powder room with sink/toilet area. Small laundry area with Stackable Washer/Dryer. Italian Marble flooring throughout the main living areas with modern updated hardwood flooring the 2 bedrooms.

Beautiful!!!!!

Great location

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo was the perfect accommodation for our beach getaway. The condo was clean, painted with bright colors, plenty of sleeping space and felt like home. We enjoyed the extremely short walk to the beach (condo is on beach block) and proximity to some of our favorite restaurants. Alan and Susan were extremely responsive to our questions prior to our stay. We cannot wait to return next year!

Beautifully Done. Perfect Escape

My family had an unexpected opportunity to get away to the beach for a few days. As luck would have it, we found this gem. Alan did a fantastic job communicating and we were so impressed with what was provided. There were kitchen & bath consumables (ample toilet paper, soaps even laundry detergent!) Our family loved eating lunch on the deck watching life happen and playing games on the large kitchen table. The walk to the beach (pretty much from the time you leave the condo) is only 3 minutes. Geographically, there is so much right within walking distance from groceries, to decent food (Sushi, pizza and more). We didn't have to hope in our van the entire time. Ultimately, if you've got a family of 4 or 5 this place should more than accommodate your needs and many of your wants!

Amazing beach stay

Lovely Condo

We had a wonderful, restful stay. The condo was beautiful and clean. Alan was on top of communication and made the rental process easy. Wish the pool was larger for my son. But that has nothing to do with gorgeous condo and working with Alan. Great location and easy stroll to the beach. Thank you!

Right on the beach

Alan was such a great host and his property is beautiful. I came from Philadelphia with 4 children and 1 other adult. It had more than enough space for us. The house has a balcony where you're able to eat meals and holds beach equipment like chairs. Each room is equipped with tvs and roku so no short of keeping the kids bus. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk and the surrounding areas has tons of stores wawa, acme, etc. Overall, we loved our experience and definitely would rent again

Amazing condo!
