This is a beautiful home. The layout is so nice. If you had two couples there is plenty of privacy! It was decorated very nice and it was Very clean. The location was perfect right next to many places. The pool was an added bonus! Very clean and safe! We also got to see a bear while there. He seemed right at home! Will be back!!!

We were in town for a dance competition. The location was a perfect distance for short walks to and from the Convention Center. Local recommendations for food, entertainment and activities were greatly appreciated. Communication was quick and clear. We loved being within an easy walk to all of the fun downtown. We also had a great time relaxing by the pool and meeting others staying in the building. If we find ourselves back in the area, we will definitely arrange a stay here!

Everything was as described, perfect location. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again. Great location and very close to downtown. The walk to downtown is not far but very steep. Something to consider if you are not physically fit. I consider myself physically fit but walking the hill was very challenging after a few times. We ultimately decided to pay for parking to go less than a half mile, lol. Overall this place was perfect and nestled in a great quiet location.

This stay was great! I went for my 21st birthday and it was great being able to take a quick walk to the strip! Everything was so clean and you felt like you were at home! The host were very responsive and very friendly! I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Popular location, easy check in and check out, hosts were informative and responsive, unit has a perfect layout! Note -the twin bedroom and the sleeper sofa don’t have a comforter so consider bringing extra bedding. After contacting Diana she immediately arranged delivery of two large heavy cozy blankets! So appreciative since the beds only had small thin throws. I’m giving four stars bc I reported a couple maintenance issues including a faint smoker smell in the main bedroom. Not sure if from another unit or the older carpet. We couldn’t figure out the fireplace and Diana offered to send someone but didn’t use since we were on the go and went right to bed each night. The unit truly has ability to be 5 star if they can address the maintenance issues. A great place if looking for somewhere to rest in the evening.

The condo was clean and cheerful and the view was stunning. The king bed was soft and the twin beds were medium firmness. There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well as washer/dryers in a shared space for the condo community. There is a walkable path to the town center, but you will have to do 65+stairs to go up and down the mountain. The parking at the condo is free so this feature definitely saved extra fees.

*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.
