It’s the perfect vacation home for people who love the beauty of the beach and the convenience of the canal/bay access. It’s a treasure that will call you back year after year. Located in the quiet community of sandbridge Virginia Beach. This stunning gem has all of the amenities you could wish for in a vacation home and is a short 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean! We have tried to think of everything you will need for your stay. Perfect for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing or enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the beautiful sunrise or sunset.


The first floor offers a large recreation room with a pool table and lounge area with cable television. This is the perfect area to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Open the sliding glass doors to a covered patio over looking your private pool and boat deck. There are also 3 bedrooms (1 queen with a private bath) 2 other bedrooms off of the recreation room. The first floor also offers a laundry room with 2 washers and dryers for your personal use.
The second floor has wide open spaces and beautiful natural light that make it bright and airy. The living room has a 60” television, comfortable seating for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you should need to prepare meals. The custom dinning room table offers plenty of seating for meals, games or just catching up. Outside the deck overlooks the pool and waterway. It’s the perfect place to grill your lunch or dinner. The private crows nest on the top of the house offers beautiful views of the ocean and the bay.
This is an all-inclusive property rental that includes everything you need to make your vacation experience a success. All linens and towels are included so that all you need to do is show up with flip flops and a smile on your face.
