Welcome to our stunning Airbnb located in the picturesque Mariner's Landing Lake & Golf Course Resort! Situated on the 6th Fairway with breathtaking views, our 2200 square foot home is the perfect retreat for your vacation. With three spacious bedrooms and four comfortable beds, there's ample room for you and your guests to relax and unwind.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by inviting ambiance of our tastefully decorated living spaces.
We have two kitchens allowing you to whip up delicious meals with ease. Indulge in friendly competition with a game of pool in our dedicated game room, or simply lounge in front of one of the four smart TVs, offering endless entertainment options.

Main level offers a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second floor includes a living room, two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, and an inviting electric fireplace. Additionally, there is a loft area with a comfortable sofa and queen bed.

The outdoor deck, complete with a dining table, is the ideal spot to savor your morning coffee or enjoy a delightful meal while taking in the serene surroundings. And speaking of surroundings, you’ll be delighted to discover miles of beautiful walking and biking trails, perfect for exploring the natural beauty of the area.

This home was the perfect getaway for us. No detail was left unturned. The location was wonderful - so close to the marina, and there was a great activity center just across the street. Our entire group kept commenting on how this Airbnb was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. The beds were SO comfortable, and the kitchens had everything you needed to make a nice meal. We will definitely be back to Smith Mountain Lake in the future and will aim to book this place again. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable getaway!

Perfect location backing up to golf course putting green and across from pool. The home is modern and comfortable. Two kitchens is genius! Beds are so comfortable as is the furniture. Easy breezy walk to the Mariners Village marina. We’ll be renting again I’m sure.

This vacation at Fairway Haven Lake Retreat was just what our family needed. Relaxing, fun, and lots of memories were made. The location of the house is very convenient to all Mariners amenities and easy to get to local restaurants, outings. The house has everything we needed to make meals at home and the welcome snacks and wine were a nice touch! We rented a boat at Mariners Landing for our week long stay and loved how easy it was to just drive 2 minutes back to the house. Ruth was ALWAYS available for questions/information and I asked MANY. We chatted several times before we even got there and she was super quick and helpful with each question. At the end of the week, my husband and I said to each other “what a fun week! It was just so easy!” That’s a win when bringing adult aged children on vacation. We will definitely be back! Oh…and the beds are SUPER comfy!!

We had such a great stay! The house is beautiful and conveniently located right across from the pool. This gave our kids easy access! We loved being able to walk to the lake, playing golf and just relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

I was nervous to book since there were no reviews but wow this place exceeded every expectation! There was wine and snacks to welcome up the place the super clean, and the beds and linens everything was such great quality and super cute just as the pictures. They had everything we needed and the location was amazing!! So many good spots to eat or swim and the contact had such great communication throughout. The house was stocked with so many utensils and dishes as well as washer and dryer. I hope this review helps others feel comfortable booking this air bnb! definitely recommend and will be back! thanks again for a great stay.
