The tenant has access to the house on the upper level. There is a tenant in the studio below. Each with a private garden area and own entrance.
We have a 24 hour emergency number. We can also assist with car rentals, tourist info, arrange massages in the privacy of your home, offer a shopping service etc.

Turn left into Rottingdean Road. Just after Pitlockery Road, take the steps on the left. Walk down the steps to Haughton Road. Turn right into Victoria Road. Walk on, the sea will be on your left after a while. The road curves to the right and then to the left. When you get to the traffic light, the tidal pool and beach is to the left. The Pick & Pay grocery store is on your right, the restaurants follow from there. The Spa is in the Bay Hotel, which is approximately half way down the strip of restaurants.

•Exit Airport – Direction N2 Cape Town
•Follow N2 Stad/City signs
•13.4 km: M3 Muizenberg, Rhodes Drive turn off is on the left, keep going straight.
•14.1 km: Groote Schuur Hospital on right. Stay in the middle of the lane and follow N2 City, Foreshore, Seapoint signs
•17.8 km: Herzog Blvd, Paarl, City/Stad, N1 turn off to the left.
•Continue on M6 to waterfront
•19.5 km: Traffic light. Coen Steytler Avenue. Waterfront turn off is to the right.
•Continue in direction of Camps Bay/ Cableway, M62
•The road becomes Kloofnek Road
•At the top of the mountain, at the circle, continue on towards Camps Bay.
•Follow Camps Bay Drive all the way down the mountain towards the beach.
•Turn left in Houghton Road
•2nd Right after Hove Road into Rottingdean Road.
•No 26 Rottingdean is on the right a few houses past Pitlockery Road.

There is a small exclusive beach 10 minutes away and Camps Bay beach with all the bars and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away.
